We tried the boneless wings as an appetizer, they were really good. Our waitress did a great job. Our first time going here... after living here in Port Orange going on 11 years. She had a cold, and I felt uneasy about that honestly, but I work inindustry as well, so I understood that a sniffle is sniffle and no one wants to cover a shift for "a little under the weather"as my grandparents would say. The atmosphere was great, seamed nice and clean around dinning areas. The food was hot and fresh,my husband loved the Chicken Philly. The mashed potatoes are a hard pass, tastes like boxed rehydration Mashed Potatoes, but wewanted to try to mix it up a bit, to see what was good. We will be back to try other menu items, because as the menu wassmall, but optional. I think this would be a great place for sports fans, and a place to stop for A beer after work. Read more
I will start this by saying I am picky when it comes to chicken wings. The cook today totally out did himself, these were by far... the best chicken wings I've ever had!! The atmosphere is very relaxing and welcoming- we dinner on the patio. The waiter was amicable. He actually found time to slip... in a few drinks, socialize and serve his tables. The food was not the best- our appetizers, which were a variety of fingerfoods, were all fried to a crisp. The burger was beyond dry and the fries were also fried extra crispy. Luckily, we were onlyvisitors passing through. It seems like a really nice spot to unwind after a long day or week of work to relax and have a drink. Read more

Hadn't been to Houligan's in over 6 years since moving back north! Went in for soup on a chilly afternoon! The French Onion was... delicious, as was the Club Sandwich! Great American pub/bar food! Too bad they're changing their menu and not offering potatoskins anymore! Read more
Hooligans has the best food in port Orange they even have door service when you pulled up on the drive thru, with your car, they... even have great employees working there,,they are very friendly and helpful and courtesy and very professional. EspeciallyHailey Corbin she was so great and I would like to recommend her for her fine work and being so friendly courteous withcustomer, and also making sure that she get the right order the customer has ordered. I want it to be known that she is so greatthat I would give her a double ten for her great performance and work......angel ???? ???? Read more
