We made an online order on the Panda Express website and showed up about 15 minutes early before it was said to be ready. I had... placed the order almost an hour before it said it was going to be ready, so I just assumed the restaurant was busy and theyneeded time to make the two items. The person in the drive-thru was rude when telling us that they didn't even have a ticketprinted for our order. So, we went inside and asked about it (bringing the transaction receipt on our phone) and the person atthe counter said they didn't have a ticket for our order so they can't make our food. While waiting at the counter for 10minutes to see if a ticket would be printed for our order, the staff was messing around and tickling each other. After waiting,we were finally handed our food and told that both people we had interactions with in the drive-thru, and the person at thecounter, heard the name on the order wrong and we were finally given the order. If the situation was handled better, I wouldhave left a much better review. The food was really good, but we will not be going back to this location. Read more
I ordered an unsweet tea and then ask if they had Splenda because I cannot have sugar due to help reasons. They said we only... have sugar packets and I?m like well that?s not great for people that can?t have sugar. The only option they have for someonewith diabetes is water or diet soda. So I go up to the window where the young girl got an older manager to hand me my food whodidn?t say one word to me not even after my hello. Second girl hands me my daughters drink and I say thank you have a good day.Again nothing just closed the window. I just decided to go to a local restaurant nearby fast food restaurant we?ve all been toget a unsweet tea with Splenda the girl at the checkout counter greeted me and the girl that I got the drink from told me tohave a great day the level of customer service at this restaurant just lacks we need a little bit more of that in everybody?slife ? little bit more smiles. I order greens and I got a soggy mess of broccoli and cabbage. Super overcooked, had charred taste. Disgusting and horrid.... Entrees were equally bad. I would not recommend this Panda Express Read more
I?ve always been a fan of this place. The portions are what you pay for and food always tastes fresh. Only reason I?m giving... four instead of five star was the new honey sesame chicken didn?t have much sauce/flavor to it. My other options were tastythough. I?ll go back to try the sesame chicken and give it another shot. I still enjoy eating here and if you?re looking for aquick bite to satisfy some cravings look no further than Panda Express. Read more
I'm a huge fan of Panda Express, but this restaurant is disappointing! They definitely need some quality control! I ordered the... plate with 3 entries. My third entire came barely filled. Any other Panda Express and this would have been overflowing. Thenoddles had more vegetables then actual noodles. The few noodles that we did get were undercooked and chewy. Highlydisappointed!
