If I could do zero stars I would. This place was a wreck for being eo early in the day. No paper towel in bathroom, No stocked... items in beverage area and it was a mess, the floor behind counter was visibly wet and very filthy. When we got pur food all ofmy silverware was dirty like thumb/finger prints and visible food. We spoke to aanager who simply said Yeah im sorry we're shortstaffed. That is NOT a viable excuse especially when 2 entrees cost over $30 and we frequently go to Panera for the cleaninessand good food. Extremely disappointed. Read more
I have to tell you that this was one of the worst experiences I?ve ever had in a chain restaurant. They sold coffee even though... they had no creamer of any kind available. And when I went to the self-serve coffee station they had no coffee available forfive minutes until a very grumpy lady came out with 2 carafes of coffee. I decided to just have black coffee and enjoy mysandwich until that came out with one of the key ingredients, avocado, just missing. When I asked about it I was told ?wedidn?t have it when we made your sandwich, we do now?. The 30 seconds from the time I got my sandwich to win I asked about itwas all it took because they were too lazy to walk into the back?? I waited in line for about 30 minutes. There was only 1 cashier and she was taking orders from a long line and at the same time... filling to go orders which is why we waited so long... and then my chicken was raw... disgusting. The manager, Rain, said shewould send me a coupon. How sad that Panera has come to this. Read more
Order #778509180 in Port Orange Florida, Why? I ordered a Half Roasted Turkey & avocado BLT and Half Asian Sesame Salad WITH... CHICKEN. The salad was half a bowl of lettuce with a lot of crispy noodles, but where was the Chicken? No kidding there weremaybe 3 tiny pieces of chicken. Now for the sandwich, there was NO Avocado, this got me up to complain, which I never do, I wastold you didn't have any avocados. Then why was it on your menu, other sandwiches on the App said Sold out for certainsandwiches. Do you really think selling this type of product is going to make you customers happy? Read more
Nice employees, very clean, fast service. The food was good as always. I tried their thin crust ???? pizza since I heard it was... good. I don't eat pizza, but I gave it a shot and I was Impressed. I'll definitely try it again. Read more
Honestly I wish I could give a more positive review but this location is by far one of the dirtiest. The containers that hold... the teas have mold on the sides. The most popular green tea had mold all over the sides and several people were drinking it. Thetrash cans were over flowing and the dishes were piled up. They had 3 people working which is not nearly enough staff. Which isa national issues but regardless, if you have time to socialize then you have time to clean and take out the garbage. This place shouldn't even be allowed to operate in Florida. Absolutely disgusting. The employees use zero covid protection while... making food and coughing. At least hand protection but he was literally touching everything with the same gloves. Our food cameout and was completely inedible. Asked to speak to a manager and no one was available.
