I just left your drive through. The guy tried to overcharge me a dollar. When I called him on it, ?He said, oh. You didn?t want... to donate?? Eh?.donate to what?? I wasn?t asked about anything. After I said no he became very rude. Stopped talking to me andslammed my stuff around. You need a new drive thru person. And are y?all giving employees commission on what I assume is acharity donation? Not sure what prompted the rudeness. I will note the other Wendy?s down Dunlawton closet to US1 is always onpoint. This is one of the only fast food locations conveniently located to me, that has semi decent options for trying not to destroy a... week of eating healthy. But every time I go to this Wendy?s I swear I will never return. A year passes and I need a quick drivethru dinner and i have complete amnesia about the previous experience. Tonight was special. If you?ve never had a chickensandwich where the chicken crumbles into almost a powdery consistency in your mouth because it?s so dry, check out this locationif you?re interested. I had to spit it out. Not to mention I asked for certain toppings to be left off and I?m guessing theirheadset cut out or something. No worries, the chili would be my saving grace, right? Nope?.as I went to take the first bite, Iremembered my last Wendy?s experience and how their chili is now vegetarian - so beans and tomatoes it is for dinner tonight.Never again. Placed a mobile order, waited a few mins and then went to pick it up. At the drive through they told me I had to come inside... because they?re short staffed. Inside, there was no AC and a worker had nearly fainted. I waited an additional 30 minutes for myfood and there was only one order ahead of me. As if it wasn?t a surreal enough experience already? I saved my baked potato forthe next day & when I opened it there was a roach inside the container. I was so horrified I didn?t even think to take apicture. This was such a disturbing situation, I won?t ever be back to this place. Drive whatever distance you need to foranother location, it is genuinely a rancid place physically and spiritually. Read more
Easily THE worst Wendy's anywhere in the lower 48 states. Never fast, never convenient. Pulled up to the drive-thru and waited... 20-25 minutes before I received my food and the order was still wrong. Lost my entire lunch break to waiting in line at Wendy's.I would highly recommend the people at Wendy's go to the McDonalds next door and watch how they operate, you might learn a thingor two...and if it's a worker shortage, pay more. Was stopping in for a frosty, but they said no frosty available. Looking at menu, Pic of baconator fries, looked good, (fries,... bacon, and creamy cheese). Nope! What I got was this ( see pic). Sm/med fries, a little bacon topped with cold shredded cheese.Ugh. The two at the drive thru window were very nice though so not a one star review... they weren't making my food.
