i walked in that gas station to get gas and when i walked in they immediately told me to get out, they physically through me out... of the store and went to the gas pump and started pouring gas on me, they then ran in the store grabbed a lighter and set me onfire. I am so horribly offended. I wish I could put zero stars. I came in with my boy friend arount two or three in the morning. We... came up to locked doors, no big deal we know the owner locks them for protection and to just wave him down. He continued toignore us for a good fifteen minutes before finally answering the door. We start to grab what we want. My boyfriend helped meget the last nacho cheese out and set his cards down to do so. When we get to the counter he forgot and thought he misplacedthem. He ran back to the car as I remained inside. The store owner working (maybe the owner) came up and told me to leavebecause he was closing, I told him that my boy friend was getting his cards. He scoffed and walked off waving his hand at me.Offended and somewhat sad my boyfriend returned to ask me if I had them, which I did not. Then he left for the car again. Thistime the man working came up to me and lead me with his hand to my back to the door. Then forced me into the doorway making meopen the door or be slammed into it. Then he snatched the cup of nacho cheese out of my hand muttering things under his breathsuch as "dirty" and "trash" while mubbling the rest of the time and pushed me outside and around the corner. I was saying sorryand my eyes were pooling with tears. My boyfriend saw and was horribly appauled. So am I. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDELYAND DISRESPECTFULLY IN MY LIFE BY A CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE! I SPEND GOOD MONEY THERE ALMOST EVERYDAY! Yet the entire time hetreated my boyfriend with kind words. Then ognored my boyfriend only trying to get his cards from inside for 50 MINUTES! OTHERSCAME AND WISHED US LUCK AFTER THEY TRIED AND FAILED TOO! Wow. Decent selection of things but it seems a little cramped inside, especially when it's busy - that's just an unfortunate side... effect of having a smaller store. It doesn't seem to be the cleanest sometimes, but it's not the worst I've ever seen. Neverhave had an issue with associates, all of the staff I've run in to here have been friendly! Read more
They're terminal for self service are always down. And when you go inside first gas it's always a struggle since the staff... rarely understand English well enough to charge for gas and when they understand well enough they always asked for ID and can'tunderstand the difference between Fonts and will reject your transaction. In my case this has happened 3x or my signature didn'texactly match my ID. Who can make they're signature match everytime on the little pad? I know I can't XD Read more
