My wife and I have been wanting to go here since we moved to Port Orchard 4 years ago. We finally tried it on a special... occasion. We were expecting a very nice meal. Instead we were very disappointed. The dish I ordered was so bad that I had tosend it back to the kitchen. They did make me another plate of another item but it was still not as good as expected. When was the last time you found food, service and ambiance that were absolutely remarkable? It's rare these days, but Bay... Street Bistro offers it all. We were invited to choose a table, offered menus to peruse while we selected a wine based onseveral tastings offered. Tapas? Yes! Delicious? AMAZING! Oh my gosh - the owner stopped by to chat -Deanna is lovely. Sheushered over her husband, Brady...Also our new friend along with Carla, the server who expertly attended ourtable. Recommendations for wine, for appetizers, our main entrees we had already selected. So reasonably priced it kinda blew mymind a bit. Followed this with scratch made cheesecakes that were to die for... the vanilla scented candles, exposed brick wallsand beams, leaded windows, crystal chandeliers and piano awaiting the live music on Fridays and Saturdays.
