We went on a Saturday and it was decently busy for the drive through. We went around 12:30 and I went to order chicken and they... informed me they didn't have any chicken or coffee products so -1 star for basically half the menu being unavailable. Howeverthis is the first fast food place I have been to where the JR whopper looked exactly like the menu photo. So high props forthat, and it tasted pretty good as well. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for 4 bacon double cheeseburgers. All four had LONG strands of hair in them. Absolutely... disgusting. The boyfriend and I were in a pinch and starving. I am pregnant too and upon discovering the hair halfway throughthe first bite, I threw up everywhere. We called and they said they will reimburse us but the lady we spoke to was rude. Wechecked all four burgers and they ALL had hair in them. I understand working fast food can be grueling and the general publicfor the most part sucks. I did 7 years in food service, am almost 23 years old. However this was unacceptable, both the food andhow we were spoken to. Overpriced!!! I suggest you match pricing of your state side counterpart. Or at least add a little for international shipping.... Fast food for 2 shouldn't be almost $30. Read more
