I placed an order and entered all pertenant information. I noticed on the dominoes tracker that the driver entered my mobile... home park and then left. It then said my order was cancelled. I called and they informed me that they didn't have my unitnumber. I informed the girl that I had provided that information on the website. She then informed me again that they didn'thave that information. Out of nowhere a young man came on the line and coldly informed me of the same thing 3 times in a row.What happened to customer service. Just bring me my friggin pizza. I work in a warehouse and the customer is always right in myeyes. I guess I'm the only one. I'm done with Dominoes. Btw I tipped the driver heavily. It's not their fault the website, csr,and shift manager are garbage. Do better. Really. Read more
I?ve never gotten a bad pizza from dominos before but when I opened my delivery pizza today there was a ton of Alfredo sauce and... it was basically inedible, 3 stars because it?s normally really good. Read more
Updated 12/19/17 The web site sometimes has issues when you try to stack coupons so I made two different orders to make sure... that there weren?t any issues and a few minutes after I placed the order one of the workers called to make sure that I had meantto do that and when I got there the drivers were not parked in front of the store like every other time I?ve beenthere. Updated again: So They clearly do NOT care about customer satisfaction because this is the third time I have come tothis location and the drivers are still parking right outside the front door and there was even more available parking thenusual. Updated: the second time I went they had even more delivery cars right outside their door so I dropped it from a 4 Starto 3 Star. They have only been here for a month so everything is brand new in it. It?s a small parking with a lot of otherstores so parking can be hard to find, with that the reason I?m giving them 4 Stars because when I came to pick up my pizza adelivery worker parked right in front of the door instead of parking on the side of the building where I had to park because ofthe worker.
