I went and ordered a sandwich, as I was waiting a customer in the lobby asked for his money back due to them forgetting about... his sandwich. He explains the situation what sandwich and gets a refund. In that time I was waiting for mine for about 5 minuteshe leaves. My coworkers got their food in under 2 minutes. Food was good. Disappointed in pricing. Combo meal price is based on which sandwich you buy even though soda and chips are... exact same size. It's an extra $4.90 with sandwiches 1-6 and $3.90 for all other sandwiches. You already pay extra forsandwich so why different extra pricing for combo meal? So lunch for 2 at a fast food place was $30 without tip. Guess howoften we'll be going to Jimmy John's? Read more
Ordered 18 small sandwiches for bridal party on Thursday for pickup on Friday, 9 turkey, 9 ham...got there they were out of... turkey!! Very sloppily made and customer service was a joke. Read more

I am a regular I go to Jimmy John's a lot. I am super nice to all the staff and best friends with a few co workers. Yesterday I... came across a Facebook post of a employee that goes by the name Eli or Elijah that made threats towards me and said I was rudeand hurtful everytime I came in there and that he almost had to get a restraining order on me. That is a huge lie. Everyonethere and those cameras can see I am a nice person and only say hi to the staff in a respectful manner. Now I don't feel safe togo there anymore and hurt that a employee that does not know me at all is making threats on social media. The rest of the staffis amazing but I will be taking legal action for this other person and I sincerely apologize that I will no longer be coming toJimmy John's. I hope other customers do not have the same issue with this employee and if they do best of luck. Read more
Husband and I went to get sandwiches here and they said they were out of bread but when we got to the window, they were pulling... fresh bread from the oven. We had to order those lettuce wrap things and on top of getting no tomatoes when I asked for them,one whole cucumber slice, and a pitiful amount of dressing, they STUFFED the middle with more lettuce and I only got one sliceof ham, turkey, and cheese. If I wanted to pay $9 for lettuce I'd have gone to the store. On top of it all they took forever. Read more
Asked for no lettuce.. And I guess they scraped it off or they dont care about changing gloves or WHATEVER THE HECK... if I were... allergic id have a reaction just to make a point!!! I wont be returning.. Slow service. Also I think sarcastic as theyapologized for putting lettuce in my first sandwich and then gave me this (photo below) as part of my second! Read more
Good food but I guess when I said that was freaky fast when my sandwhich was done got thought of as an insult? Was told have a... good night tool by one of the employees which was unexpected.
