I've ordered from this location twice and both times i was poorly treated. The first time, i was just ignored - no one asked me... if i needed to order, no one asked if i had an online order or anything for at least 20 minutes. The second time was worse. Iget there and there's people waiting for their orders ahead of me so i stand and wait with my phone open on my "order ready"screen and i wait. And everyone leaves, and i wait. And wait. And wait. They continued to ignore me for 20 minutes. Noquestions, seeing my phones screen is obviously on an online order screen, seeing that I've been waiting quietly and patientlyso that I'm not rude. A lady comes in and the teenager running the front of the store takes her order - whatever, its an instore order, I'm pretty sure they get priority over online orders? But this older lady (who is also waiting to pick up an onlineorder) gets asked if SHE needs help. Now mind you, I've been WAITING FOR 20 MINUTES ALREADY. I was shocked! I felt ignored! So isaid "seriously? I've been waiting this whole time." and he cut me off saying "I'll get to you"?! Excuse me?! Then he FINALLYasks "what do you want?" I want my dang pizza obviously. i tell him the name of my order and he just grabs a pizza and grabs asecond box. doesn't say sorry for the wait or anything. i get home with "my order" and its the wrong order! I tried calling thestore 16 times, but their phone is set to ring 2 times and then tell you the mailbox is full. And one of the employees let herhair down OVER THE PIZZA BAR (where they put the pizza together) and was fluffing her hair all around the kitchen. no hair tie,no hair net, nothing. it was so unprofessional and gross - WHO KNOWS HOW MUCH HAIR SHE LET GET ON THE FOOD?! Definitelydemanding that my order gets made properly or that they refund me. that is the LAST time I'm buying thru this store, next timeI'd rather drive to bremerton. Read more

From Tues, Sept 27, 2022, at about 8 pm. Employees are rude. And this is not the first time, just the first time I'm... complaining. I get they can be busy, but I didn't cause that. If you want repeat customers, don't act like it's a chore to takean order. The employees had the attitude that their customers were a burden. Addendum- I waited 30 EXTRA minutes for them tofix the mistake they made to my order, with the order ticket even showing correctly, and they still made the same mistake again.3 times they cooked it, and not once right! They don't read their tickets, and a young, buzzed blond man, working this evening'sshift on the pizza making line, was happy to make it clear his mistakes, were someone else's fault. He yelled at me to wait fromthe back of the store, because he was busy, when I first tried to order. I waited for my remake twice, which they kept screwingup. It was standard menu items. They even chastised me when I asked about how long it would be, so that other customerscommented on how rude it was. The male employee asked, "Well, you see other customers?!" Yes, I saw the 1 other customer. Andthey saw him yell at me for no reason. Just a terrible business. I waited over an hour after ordering for 2 pizzas. Don't hirekids if they aren't supervised. I used to be a store manager for the Wayne Country Metro Detroit South East division of LittleCaesar's, in Taylor, Michigan, from 2001-2005. You need to go back to basic training. Read more

This little caesars actually makes good pizza usually. The reason I'm giving them only 2 stars is because it is almost... impossible to order from this location unless you go into the store, order, and wait. I don't know why, but they never answerthe phone and their mailbox is full. There seems to be some issues with the online ordering too because when I try to do that,it gives me an error message telling me to call the store to place my order. My dad ordered 2 pizza it took them over 40 minutes and while he waited they made other customers that came after him their... orders and when he asked them why they told him he should be happy he even got his order. Read more

Even if you order way ahead of time your order still won?t be ready. Employees are absolutely mindless and have little to no... sense of urgency. 1 hour wait for cheese pizza. Literally the worst little Caesars in WA. Read more

Forgot pizza toppings ordered. One pizza was under cooked. Cheese wasn't fully melted. How that happens I don't know. Super long... wait. Poor customer service. They were unable to answer any questions. Read more

Absolutely horrible. It's so unsanitary. It looks like it hasn't been clean in years. Took 20 minutes for a CHEESE pizza. When I... walked in their was nobody doing their job. They were in the back listening to music and eating pizza. It seems like its just abunch of people having 0 idea what they are doing. There was no fire extinguisher where is was supposed to be. That isconcerning because if there was a fire, what would they use... Might as well go to Pizza Hut or Domino's at this point like???? Read more

Ordered the extra most bestet pepperoni (you pay more for the extra pepperoni than the regular pepperoni pizza). Opened the box... and half the pizza had pepperoni. Tried to call the store but no answer. Ordered online at 810pm. Estimated order to be ready830-845pm. Wasn't able to pick up order until 910pm. I understand they may be understaffed or busy with orders, but the managersneed to ensure the quality of product does not diminish despite their circumstances.
