Loved that they asked if I was using the app first and that she asked if there was anything else. A couple times before I would... order and there would be silence, wasnt sure if she got my order and was waiting for me to say the next thing. Ordered 3 otheritems all for the employee to be silent the whole time. Was weird and wasnt sure if I was speaking too fast or loud enough. I ordered the sausage and egg McMuffin and due to the rising cost of food It was $5.41. I feel I may have been better off going... to a market for breakfast. My sausage was cold in the center and my McMuffin was very chewy. Sigh..... I will not be goingback. I thought MCD 's would have been a quick easy meal and as it turned out the meal was tossed and I waited until i couldheat my lunch. Read more
Friendly, fast, professional. I always order my burgers without onions and they are hot, fresh, and correct every time.
Never been so disappointed in service and product. Drive thru ordered 4 children's happy meals. Sign/menu at drive thru... clearly shows promotional Halloween plastic pails. Paid and pulled up to only be handed meals in boxes not pails. Asked why nopails was told they ran out. When I snapped that at least they should put up a sign saying they were out the server accused meof yelling at her. Come on Micky D's, why the bait and switch? Only reason I ordered kids meals was because my grandkidswanted the pails. Read more
This McDonald?s has the best sweet tea around here good and fresh. But When I get 3 pancakes and 1 piece of bacon and it cost... almost $9.00 so when I got home I had only a half piece of bacon!!! The manager is very rude that?s working today!!! The elderlylady she is always the same nice and friendly. Since Covid businesses treat people anyway that they want to!!! McDonald?s islosing a lot of business because of pricing their self out of business because you can down the road and get it cheaper and it?shot!! When I first drove by it, I thought it was a nice area. When I decided to visit, I noticed suspicious people in the parking... lot. One of them started to make a lot of noises by slamming his car doors and dragging staff from the trunk. As soon as she sawme, a young female employee grabbed a broom and started sweeping. I visited the women's restroom: it was clean and wellstocked. When I walked to the self ordering menu board, the same female employee grabbed her sweeper again and started to getcloser. She was about to invade my personal space, it was unacceptable to say the least. I said an expletive and walked away.How many customers a day does McDonald's lose due to this repugnant situation? I think McDonald's has priced themselves out of the market, I just paid like $13 for a quarter pounder with cheese meal. Then... they got rid of the drink machines in the lobby and no longer offer refills. McDonald's all of a sudden loves their burgers, andthanks everybody else does. But the fact is that nobody really thinks that McDonald's has quality food, they only go forconvenience and value, and you no longer have either so I will no longer be doing business with McDonald's Read more
It's ok for McDonald's. I wish they could figure out the consistency of their chocolate shakes and have them be more uniform... like they used to. If you go to the Covington McDonald's your chocolate shake will be so chocolatey that it's kinda disgustingand if you go to the upper Maple valley McDonald's you most likely won't even taste the chocolate because it's obvious they addvanilla to it. There has got to be a happy medium between the 2 of these extremes. Also the app is terrible and hasn't workedand charged me twice one day. Read more
