Got stuck In The drive through for a half hour. Couldn't go forward, couldn't reverse. Service was ridiculously slow. I'd like... to say this is a one time thing but it's not. This is my favorite Mcdees!! The only thing is McDonald's needs to work on the wifi/app issues because it always gets blamed or... put on the employees and they can't control that. For example, I pre-ordered ahead and when I got there my order did not showup. After many attempts it kept pushing my order to their wifi and kept getting lost, so the store manager had to fix itmanually after 20 minutes of arriving. I still love this location. Read more
Poor management which very obviously creates a poor environment for the employees. Employees are barely trained if they're lucky... enough to be trained. Causing problems throughout. Would recommend any other food joint. Read more
I also want to put on here that I would recommend that anybody that lives in Port Orchard area to go to the Mile Hill McDonald's... they are awesome amazing customer service is 100% and the food rocks I will definitely be coming back I also called the store tolet the manager know to relay the message to her that she is amazing every time that I come through her drive-thru.. When you go to this McDonalds and order your food - check the bag for the condiments you had asked for. I ordered pancakes and... coffee. I asked for extra syrup and 6 sugars and a stir stick. As I was handed the bag, I inquired if they gave me 6 sugars,stir stick, and extra syrup. I was assured that it was all in the bag - WRONG!!!! NOT ONLY DID I GET NO SUGAR, STIR STICK,SYRUP, OR SUGAR; THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE THE FORK OR KNIFE!!! They didn't even provide the butter for the pancakes or napkins. Bythe time I discovered their failure to provide the essentials but they flat out lied to my face about what they provided me. Thesad thing about all this is the fact that the employees were in their 30's. So they should have known better. Customer serviceshould be number one on their list right next to providing a quality product. I sincerely hope that they get the same sort ofservice they gave me and that can not turn around to rectify the situation. Read more
Y'all on the Sunday evening shift messed up my order so bad it was almost amusing. Almost. The fries were way over salted and... tasted like they sat out all day long. My mom's fish sandwich was pretty much cooked beyond what a fish should ever have toendure and only had half the piece of cheese on it. It was a cremated McFish. ???? I asked for EASY ice on my orange drink andyou guys filled the glass 2/3 full of ice. Please do better. It may just be a fast food job but it reflects not only how youfeel about working in general, but how you feel about yourself. Be better. Do better. You'll feel better. Read more
So, is McDonalds generally a 5 star experience? Of course not. But I'm giving this location 5 stars because they've never... shorted me any items at the drive-thru, and they almost always have biscuits for my furry copilot and navigator. Read more
