The food has really gone downhill in the 20 years I've been coming to Shari's. I ordered the Chicken Fried steak and waited an... hour before taking it to go due to a sleepy kid. Its advertised as having two cuts of meat but I only got one, not that gettinga second steak would have mattered. I'm fairly certain it didn't get FREEZING cold by the time I got it home. To be clear, theoutside was warm, the inside, ice cold and the texture of a TV dinner mystery meat, think HungryMan. Don't even get me startedon the sides. I waited an hour! I would have waited five more minutes. I can't even eat this, it's frankly disgusting and thecook should be ashamed of himself. When I heard that other table complain about the food I should have got the hint andcancelled the order. I might have let it go but my last cheeseburger from here was wrong too! Read more
Everything was tasty but the biggest delight was our server Tyson! Hopefully you get lucky enough to get him, he’s attentive,... funny, respectful & just down right Awesome! Really good food and pies, also open 24/7, great staff.
The food is usually very good, especially since they updated their menu after covid. However wait times are horrendous. You... can expect to wait at least an hour or more for your food. But once you finally get it, it’s very good. Read more
We stopped in for a special treat, 4 amazing pie shakes! Unfortunately after ordering to go and waiting for a full hour we... received: a slice of pie mashed into the bottom of a small (12 oz) cup, half a scoop of ice cream, and whipped cream. Notblended, with water straws. It was so frustrating that I wouldn't even try again to reason with them. Read more
I have to say that my most recent visit at Shari's was probably one of the best, if not the best, service wise I've ever... experienced. The food took a little longer than usual but that was fine, it was piping hot when we did receive it. The drinks(strawberry lemonade and peach ice tea) were perfect. We had a group of 3 adults and 2 children, one of which was beingcompletely unruly, but the waitress was amazing! She kept up with my other halves antics joking around, she didn't bat an eye atmy son's grumpiness and she was super sweet. So decided to go out to dinner with my husband and son cause thought it would be fun the server was really great but we ended up... waiting over 40 minutes for my son's burger to come really burnt my husband's steak was dry and gross and the chicken tendershad hair on it along with my food had a hair on it we sent the food back and the manager came to our table and said that theywon't be making us any more food cause we had to many problems so basically cause they messed up they took away my option to getfood so that's cool. Definitely disappointed in how they treated us since they are the ones that messed up. Read more
We always love it here to take our kids to have them pick out whatever they want. You should know it's probably not a great... place for a couples date but it's great for family and for an after soccer treat. We have always loved our servers there and arestarting to get to know them. Read more
