Rude manager!! Bad food! If I could put less than 0 starts to this place I definitely would. I was visiting Port Perry and... decided to come back to Anchor point because I remember the food being great. I ordered medium cooked steak with salad andbroccoli cheddar soup. When I got my food, the salad looked wrong to me. I took one bite I knew right away that it wasn’tfresh, so i sent it back. I started eating steak but it was nowhere close to being medium. It tastes like the meat was boiledearlier and put on the grill. I didn’t realize something was wrong with a steak from the first bite, I thought they justovercooked it, which was okay, and I could still eat it but then looking closely at it I actually realized it wasn’t freshlycooked. So I left half of the steak and almost didn’t touch broccoli soup because I had no trust in this food anymore. I toldthis all to the server and she tried talking to the manager, who decided to give me 2$ discount for my order. I didn’t thinkit was fair so I asked to call a manager so I can explain everything. The manager who worked on October 2, Sunday was the rudestperson! The person with this kind of attitude must not work in customer service. She didn’t even listen to me and keptinterrupting. Did not apologize even once. Her answer to my question about the food was “We are all trying to survivehere”. This is not the answer of restaurant manager. At the end she just turned around as I was talking to her and walked awayfrom the conversation. There were tons of ways to handle this situation but she wasn’t interested in resolving it atall. Came here for lunch, my kids ordered garlic bread to start. Realized it was all mouldy after they started eating it. We... cancelled the rest of our order and left. If they can’t handle bread I’m definitely not trusting them with my meat! Manager was apologetic and didn’t charge us for the other app and 2 drinks. Wasn’t going to review but I’m still sodisgusted and I feel so bad my kids ate that! Read more

The place is right across the street at port perry marina. The patio offers a good view of the park, water and the bustling... streets on a good summer day. Very relaxing. Service is great, food is fine and has a variety of options including samosas andbutter chicken! Read more
