Food was acceptable however..... I'm sure we were over charged for our combo. Staff was very unfriendly. Any questions asked... by us were answered with short responses followed by the supervisor stating "we have procedures we have to follow". Reading all these comments on here and the facebook page. Hilariously atrocious customer service. How are they still in... business? And the fact the owner of this DQ comments on all these reviews with zero attempt at making anything better. All Iwanted to do was find out the store hours for this location to go get a blizzard. Not posted anywhere. And glad I read all thecomments because they dont deserve any business Edit: again this owner clearly missed the point. Apparently eating food not purchased from their restaurant on their patio WITH food purchased from it is against their rules.... Nobody else was there. So apparently they would rather people just not give them business at all, because that?s what happeningnow. Congrats. Maybe let your customers eat, or you won?t have them at all. I won?t be back. I wish I could give it zero stars. Worst customer service I have ever Received. I had a blizzard - drumstick with peanuts -... peanuts were stale ! I went back Tot he counter thinking I might have gotten a wrong handful. I wasn?t provided with the sameorder. Lady said get something else if you don?t like it. I took two bites and was only given a small blizzard with a lot ofstares and was advised that I had ate more than half. I told her I only took two bites. And I was so embarrassed the way shestared me down. And started talking to her coworkers in her language that I am fluent in which she might not know. This location is a bad DQ. Not like the others. From what I have observed, it appears to be a family run and employed franchise,... where corners are cut, service and product are terrible, and the kids that work there are likely forced by their parents to workthere. That's why they don't care and act as if you are troubling them for ordering. You see this pattern in other franchises.Stay away unless you want food poisoning and a depression. Read more
Ice cream is cream, in a 30 degree heat outside I went in to the DQ and it was more unbearable inside than outside! The A/C was... not on and no fan on either. The air was stale, stuffy and suffocating. I don't know how the staff was managing to work inthese conditions. Needs a visit from the ministry of labor. Got my soft serve and was outa there in a flash to get a breath offresh air. Noon 07-23-2022. Every other store I visited in Port Perry had working AC or cooling. Read more
This has got to be the most run down location I have ever been to. From getting into the drive-through-very misleading with... Country Style Donut(I think)arrows. They don't seem to have the same menu items. Lights aren't fully on(saving money maybe?). Ican't see it staying in business much longer unless brought up to standard. And-I ordered a mint choc chip shake (because thepicture was the usual green shake with chocolate bits) I got a chocolate shake with choc bits and I asked why it wasn't green,drive through lady told me "only 1 pump allowed"???? Can't hear anything from the speaker at the drive thru. Used a coupon and all of a sudden it was a 10 minute wait like I was... going to cancel it so they didn't have to honour the coupon. Got my crispy chicken sandwich and I'm 99.9% sure it was just 1chicken finger on a bun. Read more
