Been eating at this location for almost 5 years now. I usually get the meatball sub once a month. Lately, since around... November, I note that the sub is so hot, the wax paper actually melts into the sub. I contacted head office more than a monthago, they advised they would look into it and send me a coupon for a free sub. As I said, more than a month has passed. Haven't received an answer or a coupon. Not really a good way to treat a customer. Note, I have been eating at Mr sub for 40years and I am not on Facebook . I will say that the staff are super nice and the service is great, but this issue should befixed. Read more
We pass through Port Perry to get to our cottage and this Mr. Sub is always a must visit. The bread is always super fresh,... toppings always look well stocked and fresh and the staff always make you feel like a VIP. Best Mr. Sub I've been to by far! Read more
