The customer service is absolutely terrible. They messed up my order and I had to repeat what I ordered 4 or 5 times, I got... Served by a female with curly dark hair and red lipstick at 8:30 pm November 3, she was not only rude to me even tho she messedup my order, she was also yelling at her co-workers. I told her that I haven?t paid yet and she just kept ignoring me and thenasked me if I wanted a tray I said no then she asked again and I said no and she still gave me a tray, then proceeded to be rudeand closed the window( I still didn?t pay) so not only was she rude and messed up my order, I normally go every night around 8or 8:30 and I will never be going to reach street Tim?s again, it?s getting worse and worse everyday Read more
Absolutely horrible service!!!! Hours are not consistent! Closes at 6:00pm , 7:30pm, 8:00 with no signs. Employees inside... cleaning do not let you know they are closed or at least put a Pylon at the drive through entrance to say it?s closed. Whenthey are a actually open, the service is horrible by the ?manager woman? orders are constantly wrong!! Who ever owns this Tim?Hortons, SHUT it down if you can?t run it properly!!!! Tables and floor were dirty, garbage cans overflowing and cups were underfilled by about an inch. My tea was cold. I was there... for about 40 minutes, there was a lull during that time and no one came from behind the counter to check it's condition and/orclean. Read more

2 days in a row I have went to go through drive thru in the morning just after 6am and the store was closed today the baker came... out and told me they didn?t have openers because both called in sick, need to get more reliable staff in morning Read more
Just went through the drive thru, waited 20 minutes for a coffee at 6pm. Checked inside to see if there was a staffing issue,... fully staffed but absolute disorganized chaos. Head office should be notified, as they pride themselves on quick service. Thisplace is an utter disaster. Read more
I work at this location, very nice staff make it seem like a family. Everyone is friends at work and the managers are very nice... and accommodating to the employees. 100% recommend working here! Read more
