Usually I'm not one to complain or give any negative views especially for the people I care about! However, my partner called me... upset, stating the staff including the current manager who argued with a disabled person and did not bother to diffuse thesituation. They all lack in the one most important thing that EVERY job should have, is integrity. Hoping they get back in theirlane and treat others how they would want to be treated! Unbelievable ???? Brisket was great and not expensive, great variety of sauces as always. They could not make change and kept my .80 without... simply giving more fries which I should have requested but yeah, make sure you ask for new fries because mine seemed old andcold. Read more
A great experience! I love this Arby?s! Today I came for dinner and I used a coupon for: Buy 2 Beef & Cheddar sandwiches... for $6.00. Then I bought a small Diet Coke. I ate 1 sandwich and drank the soda at the restaurant and took the other sandwichhome for another meal for the next day. The clerk took my order quickly and the food was prepared very fast. The sandwich wasnice & hot and tasted great. The Diet Coke also had a great taste and there was plenty of ice. I really enjoyed my visit. When I left, I rang the bell which indicates I received such a great experience. Read more
Food was as of any fast food chain.(fair) Clean dining room. But ,food handlers weren't wearing net's on there hair,and counter... money handlers got the Fries without washing there hands. And the music in the dining area was totally annoying. Read more
The milkshakes are in smaller cups at this location unlike other locations. That is a medium size milkshake at this location... that would normally be a small at every other location Read more
Any time I pick up food for delivery it's always a long wait and things are usually wrong in the order. I've almost gotten into... physical altercations with other customers because they have me jumping the drive through line and have other people waiting fora long time for their food as well. There are so much better Arby's in a short driving distance from this one; save your timeand go down the road. Read more
Best Arby's in the area. Quick AND good service, which is always nice. They also always have sweet tea when I go!
