Our server, Anthony, was wonderful. He was friendly, fast and efficient. We went for Thanksgiving dinner and each got the prime... rib dinner. Each one was cooked to the perfect temperature and seasoned just right. My husband got the 2lb and the temperaturewas consistent throughout. The homemade ranch salad dressing was the best I have ever had. For dessert, I highly recommend theNapoleon. It was to die for and big enough to share. Read more
It has been years since we dined at Seltzer?s but the ad with the pound and a quarter whole lobster caught our eye. What a... great dinner. My wife had the lobster complete with a bib. I had the strip steak. We had the two for one onion appetizer and thefour of us had the half price draft beer and wine. We had James for our waiter and what a great job he did. Very polite andfriendly and obviously experienced. This is the old style of steakhouse with dark furniture and nicely done atmosphere. Read more
Decided to stop by for a late lunch on a Saturday. We were greeted right away, and seated promptly. It was a nice quiet... atmosphere. Great for a date, or if you just want to be able to converse with members in your party without shouting. The foodwas excellent. You definitely will not leave hungry, making it a great value. We were fans of the fresh bread and croutons.Prime rib sandwich was cooked beautifully, and the hamburger was definitely one of the best we have experienced. Do yourself afavor and try the sweet potato fries. They are the best. Top all this off with excellent service and you have yourself awinner. Read more
Horrible !!! Manager needs to be fired!! Brittany server also Fired.party of 12 came in to celebrate Birthday .3 1/2. Hours we... get our food cold and raw.manager gives us a bill for our appetizers and drinks we pay 137. 90 ok took pictures of food that wasnot eaten cuz cold and raw.and pic of receipt that we paid .and he yells he calling tje cops .PLEASE DO WE SAY .cops come andlisten to both sides tells us have a better evening folks it's all good.Manager lies and has NO management skills what so ever.. . I go once and a while and sit at the Bar. Overall I enjoy it. Really No Complaints if there is a issue with the food they fix it... right away. A great day to go is Tuesdays because they have a lot of Specials on Appetizer?s, Also they have a really goodselection on Mixed Drinks and A lot of different Beers. We Also met Harold a few Months Ago and he took our email and signed usup for special Events or specials on our Birthdays, he is a really nice person. Really good place to have dinner see you soon! Had been craving a good prime Rib dinner, and the ad on TV shows a delicious looking slice and the voice over speaks of being... "the best"... but then reality kicks in when you actually go there with high expectations... the whole meal was "just okay"...We started with appetizers, me - Lobster Bisque, wife - baked brie... Lobster Bisque was just a cream style soup, no lobster,no real taste... a can of Campbell's is better! The brie was okay. Salads and rolls were good. Server was polite andAttentive! Drinks from the bar were watered down and over priced... I ordered the 1 pound Prime Rib medium rare, it was overcooked and bland!! Same with the loaded baked potato, rock hard and not even warm enough to melt the shredded cheese on top! Mywife's steak sandwich was also very bland! It was on a nice roll, looked good - no taste to the meat inside! For an almost $90.meal, it was Very Disappointing!! Sadly, Don't think we will ever be back... Read more
I had a terrible experience from beginning to end. I'm giving two stars because it is possible I caught them on an off night. I... ordered online for curbside pickup. The order confirmation stated the food would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrive early and justwait in my car. At the fifteen minute mark I received no further email, text, or call about the order being ready. Because thiswas my first time ordering there I wasn't sure the process. At the 20 minute mark I called to let them know I arrived only to betold they didn't have my order. I was then placed on hold while the woman found a manager. At the same time, I received a callfrom someone else at the restaurant saying that the phone was still ringing, and when they answered they couldn't hear me sothey called me back. Weird because I'm still on hold. A few minutes later the original woman returns to the phone to say thatthe tablet for ordering was down and that they were trying to fix it. As they were getting it up she said they didn't have anyorders and I stated that wasn't possible because the money was pending in my account. They eventually get the tablet up, find myorder, and verbally confirm the entire order twice. I was told it would be 15 more minutes. 20 minutes later still no food so Igo in only to be told that not only is the food not ready but they don't even know how i want one of my steaks cooked. Had i notgone in, would nobody have called to find out? After waiting for 5 minutes I return to the car and wait. About 5 minutes latermy food was finally brought out to me, 45 minutes after my original pickup time. The food. The brie was absolutely amazing andyou should try it, 10/10. One of the salads had lettuce where the leaves were turning brown. Not the worst but after the ordealto get it, no great. One steak was ice cold and undercooked when I got home (about 6 minutes later) while the other was pipinghot. The baked potatoes were baked to perfection and the creamed spinach was good. Read more
Our turkey Thanksgiving dinners had undercooked turkey. The pumpkin pie for dessert was still frozen. We got there at 11 am... and got pie at 12:45. We could not eat either the turkey or pie. After ordering our waitress said our food had not been madeyet since the computer didn't recognize anything other than the Thanksgiving plate specials. We were a party of six with twoprime rib dinners. Our waitress was either drunk or high. She was sluggish and couldn't remember anything. She acted likesomething was off the entire time. Read more
