Ordered from this Pizza Hut. Had a free pizza from our points. So we also ordered wings. The only good item were the wings.... Pizza was over cooked. Like it was reheated from a previous order and it was luke warm at best. I live 1 1/2 miles from thisPizza Hut. I arrived 5 minutes before my pick up. Waited 10 minutes. Employee was nice. After waiting an hour, I called back. Come to find out, the driver had left my pizzas outside the door on the GROUND, NEXT TO AN... ANT HILL!!!!! Was so excited and ready for some pizza but the pizza I ordered was hard, dry, and had a sticky chewy like texture. I can?t tell... If it was over cooked or undercooked but I couldn?t eat it. I was able to get a refund luckily but had to drive all the way backto the store to give them back the pizza which is fine because I didn?t eat it but I had to waste gas even though I wasn?t theone who made the mistake. I've ordered pizza from this location at least 8x in the past 6 months, never, even though it is requested, do they ever put... seasoning on the crust. Tonight I ordered 3 different pizzas and requested seasoning on each one and as you can see by thepictures the crust is plain. I have given enough chances as I know people are human and make mistakes, but every single time??Don't even offer it as an option if your staff will not do it. As usual, I love pizza that grew up on it. I may not be able to have marinara or red sauce, but that?s OK. I can still enjoy... pizza with garlic sauce or Alfredo sauce instead and then I add the chicken and bacon, green peppers and onions and oh mygoodness is it good?
