so i normally never make reviews but today i went up to starbucks with my boyfriend and this one lady at the window i think her... name tag said Jessie, oh boy she was the sweetest, me and my boyfriend wanted 2 wraps but they ended up finding out they wereout once we got to the window, jessie asked if we wanted a refund or to get something else and said she?d do whatever we wanted,my boyfriend asked for 2 egg sausage biscuits for us and she ended up refunded both our wraps and gave us the biscuits for free.thank you so much jessie! if i were your boss i?d give you a raise Read more
Stopped in this morning to pick up my mobile order. 2 hot drinks. One of my drinks is ready. The second drink the barista sets... aside to make the next drink in line instead. Saying this one will be easier. She chats it up a customer then looks over at measking are you waiting on something. To which I respond yeah the drink you skipped over cause the next would be easier. I can't find the words to explain the satisfaction i feel by just going to this specific location for my refreshers and coffee!... The staff that was there today between 3-4 pm has been the same staff that has been taking care of me and my obsession herelately for the past five days. I keep coming each day just for the super friendly experience, the cleanliness, and of course formy drinks! They listen and get it right the first time! i wish i knew all their names so i could personally thank them in thisreview! That crew deserves a HUGE shout for the way they handle business, the way they handle the craziness, and for the waythey all work together to make that all happen! There was a gentleman with a black beanie hat who was sitting in the lobby andgreeted me with a compliment like he did two days ago, then there was a taller gentleman who ran the register who actually wasVERY polite to me when i had went through drive thru the last few times, and today he was just kind and paid attention to myorder, and then Samantha was just a flat out sweet heart and talked me through on how to work the app, and just was so attentiveto my questions! I was having a very hard week and walking in their today just made my whole week so much better! I got myusual dragon drink w/ sweet cold foam and extra fruit pieces, and i had notice that they had drew a little kitten on it saying,"i hope your day gets better!" It had made me smile because they had taken their time to personalize my cup that i didn't wantto throw away! They care! I don't know exactly how her name is spelled buy Ashley, the store manger, she made my drink and my son, his as well I believe... and may not matter to most but during she had the whip and swirl to perfect for our drinks. I always asks for extra whip andit's usually unless I ask for a fix, average. But this day was dead on the money perfect Starbucks and vanilla bean cream. This location doesn?t have the nicest employees which is a bit of a shock since most do. The real problem is every time I come... here they are always short on supplies. Either from cups, to syrup, straws, crunch toppings etc. this location needs to getbetter at keeping the store stocked. And the force tipping now? To make a drink and hand it over? No. Read more
