My husband and I placed an order in the drive thru tonight and were instructed to go park by the doors as our food was not ready... yet after paying. We patiently waited and after 16 minutes of waiting my husband went inside and the staff member said "oh weforgot it" and then went to grab the bag of food. We drive the 3 minutes home and half of our food ordered was missing, no sauceand the food we did receive was cold. I am extremely disappointed as this is normally a good and friendly location. The locationin New Port Richey already lost my service when I was given a "black bean" crunch wrap supreme with FIVE singular beans and whenI called was hung up on. Read more
As with any taco bell, we enjoy certain foods. The son likes the burrito, the daughter likes the soft tacos, my wife does not... really like to eat at taco bell but if forced will go for the soft taco. I like the 5 layer burrito. This location was cleanat the time of our visit, and the staff at the window were cordial.... no issues. Service was fast enough as expected. Read more
Taco Bell use to be my go to "cheap" fast food meal. But not anymore. Like so many other fast food chains. Dollar menu's... including Taco Bell has gone by the wayside. I blame this on the life and times around the world. Heck. When the Dollar Treeincreases their retail items from $1 dollar to now $1.25 you know the country has big problems. Just my opinion. Uneventful quick snack stop. Ordered a Chicken Chalupa and the Classic Bean Burrito. Food was exactly what it was suppose to be,... employees courteous and timely, and dinning area clean and tidy. Will make a return visit again soon for the late night snack. Read more

Normally when you go to a drive through you get “Hi Order when you are ready” or “how are you please order when ready”... not here,, I got “Order when ready” “second window for total” and annoyed looks as if I had inconvenienced someone’sday for wanting a bite to eat. And my baja blast has no flavor. The crunch wrap was made wrong and fell apart. Read more
Google says they close at midnight, drive thru when there said 11. Got there at 10:30 and they informed me they were closed. I... guess the staff makes their own operating hours. Read more
