Food is good but this location struggles hard to keep the food stocked. The guy in front of me and myself had to walk out empty... handed the other day so I thought I would try the to go app thinking the second food bar might be better stocked. Wrong! Orderedon the app for a 9:30 pickup to which I was early but had to wait till 9:40 to get to the window and be told they are completelyout of rice. Ok no big deal I?m willing to compromise and get the bowl without rice because I?m hungry so they say they aregoing to make my bowl but return 15 minutes later at 9:55 to tell me they are out of chicken too. This is the second time I hadto leave empty handed and waste my time but because I ordered on the app I get the added fun of having to call to get my refundissued. It?s so sad to know that such a new location is doing so terrible. Today was my first time visiting this location and certainly... my last. It started with using their filth restrooms that appear to have not been cleaned in weeks. I then asked for the newgarlic steak. I was then told that only drive thru had it and they were not able to serve me from the food set for drive thru.I sat down at a disgusting table. The tea was missing the tea lid. None of the tables were cleaned, the garbage was overflowing.Dead insects were all over the window sills. Not good. The place is dirty and there are more than enough kids standing around to at least run a broom. There are very stingy... with the proportions. What once was 1 serving is now 3. We are enjoying the recently opened Chipotle Mexican Grill in Tradition. So far our favorites are, the Chicken Bowl and the... Carnitas Burrito. They?re famous for their guacamole and rightly so, we get it every-time. To avoid the lines, we found thebest way, is to use their app to order your food. It will be hot and ready for you when you get there. The staff is friendly,very efficient the place is spotless. You can dine-in, use the drive-through or the carryout pick up window. I?m so upset and truly speechless?My steak salad had literally no lettuce/greens, steak meat is not what I requested. My salad... looks disgusting and I have lost my appetite. The large bag of chips more like extra small and they were stale. My husband wasso upset with the service and then no drinks in the fountain machine, and tables are not clean. What a MESS. Not a single table clean; employees are sitting around enjoying their breaks, fountain drinks all empty as well as... utensils. Ordering online at this location almost GUARANTEES a screw up on your order (i.e. absolutely forgetting the proteinand rice for a bowl... so you'll actually receive a salad with tomatoes and quac on it when you paid for a bowl).
