Slow even with a full staff and 5 people in line. Just couldn't get a flow going with their service and took 15 minutes to get... 2 bowls. Restaurant needed cleaning with several spills of soda not mopped. Better options all around this location. Read more
Did mobile order and walk in. Both times I needed to wait for beef with broccoli to be made. They will give you broccoli with... beef if you don't say something. Food was tasty but the young female worker who waited on me for the mobile order was rude. Read more
Worst Chinese/Asian food I've ever tried to eat. Tasteless, served cool, fried rice was inedible, chow mein was mostly noodles,... egg roll was black inside. Waste of money, no use complaining to help as no one cared, avoid at all costs. Read more
Arrived at 10:45 am, because online said open was 10:30 am. We waited a few minutes in the Drive-thru. Even blew the horn for... attention, nothing happened. Drove closer to the window, in case the intercom was broken. We saw the same person pass bywithin view of the window and she refused to acknowledge that we were there. Finally another young lady was in view and stoppedwhat she was doing. She explained that they really open at 11am. Also nothing was ready, they were still preparing food. Atthis point, it was 5 minutes until opening. We shared the information with the other couple of cars behind us, then drove off. We decided to go to forever dependable McDonald's. Read more
Not bad but probably because I came in right when they opened. Chow mein had a section of it that was hard and looked like they... salvaged some leftovers from day before. Beijing beef was very good this time. This place always hit or miss since sometimesit's gross and other times it is pretty good. Wish they could maintain some consistency. Read more
I've been here before and ordered their plate combo for dine in but last night decided to go through drive-through...what a BIG... mistake! Obviously, when going through drive-thru we give a lot of control to the people inside and hope they will serve thefood warm and edible. Regrettably, last night's dinner was awful. We ordered three of their Chicken Teriyaki "Plate" combos andthe food was awful - the chicken was dry because it barely had any Teriyaki sauce and tasted burnt... it was (see picture). Read more
First experience at this location. Been to several and by far this is the worst one. The customer service was ok, but the food... not so good. The rice had no flavor, the string bean chicken had more onions than chicken. It also look like some excess fromthe pan was in the chicken. The Angus steak and sesame chicken were ok. Food was absolutely terrible. We went drivethru. Food looked old and greasy. It just tasted like oil, was old and stale. Just... gross, no flavor at all. Couldn?t eat it. Customer service was bad. Acted like we were just annoying them. By far the worstand now the last Panda Express we will ever go to. Read more
