Did a mobile order the last time I came here, went to pick it up in the drive thru about 10 minutes after placing the order. I... still had to wait for my food about 10 minutes which wasn?t a big deal until I noticed that they had me waiting all that timejust to give me fries that were old and they had put them in the grease to warm them before giving them to me. Actually, a little better than I thought it was going to be. For the most part everyone was pretty friendly. The food was ok.... The employees seem to have a lot of free time, and I think that maybe one of them should clean the bathrooms. I don't know, it'sjust a suggestion Read more
Have been there two times in the past week or so. 1st time was for drinks and the frappe system was down. Today the order was... wrong and the burger was barely warm. French fries were good though. Sweet tea dispenser was empty. The attendant was slow to beavailable to take orders both times. I doubt I will ever go back to this store. Unable to determine who was manager. Read more
The difference between day time and night time service is starting to close the gap bcuz both are awful. And idk if they have a... new day/afternoon manager but they're more focused on drive-thru speed than making sure the food is hot. Went there the otherday and when i tried to explain to Maria her kitchen was sending out lukewarm fries and burgers she did not care. Dirty. Bugs crawling on the floor. Floor in the dining room is disgusting. Girl comes out to wipe the tables and ignores garbage... on the floor. Lack of customer service. No response when you say thank you to them. I'm in the food industry and I will AVOIDthis Wendy's and advise others to do so also. Read more
This place has the worse service I?ve ever experienced. I ordered my kid a cheeseburger kids meal. Got my bag, no fries, I had... to tell the employee. Get home and my kid has a chicken sandwich. Time before this I ordered something for husband, they rang itup, once I got the window the ?manager tells me they don?t sell it anymore ?. But they literally charged me for it, thedifference was $2 but I wasn?t refunded. Read more
I gave a star because I absolutely H A D to. This location is very unprofessional. The staff is way to loud and talk about... inappropriate stuff in a work environment. I had tasted every soda until another customer that was eating in stated that allsodas are flat " for a week " ( gross ) and they dont understand why they are giving cups with ice at register. Not to mentionthe soda machine is dirty as if it has never been cleaned. The womans bathroom was the cherry on top. I read other reviews,people mention the staff is young. That has nothing to do because lets take a moment and look at chik-fil-a. There level ofprofessionalism is at 100% and they are in the same age range.
