Unfriendly welcome at reception and we were given the key to the wrong room that hadn’t been cleaned and was in a horrid... state. The staff at the spa were lovely and gave us excellent treatment. We also had good service at the restaurant. However,the service at reception, which is the face of the hotel, was consistently disappointing. Given we were paying top price for asuite I would have expected more. Read more
We just enjoyed four nights on our boat at the resort. There’s a great selection of facilities for boaters including the pool,... hot tub, showers, towels and spa. The restaurant and patio were great places for food and drinks. The serving team was cheerfuland friendly. This was our 5th time boating to the resort and I’m sure we’ll be back. Read more
This review is for those using the spa for a day visit: only have good things to say about the resort, restaurant and the spa... treatments. My only complaint is about the sauna and hot tub, which my wife and I were looking forward to using. Unless it'sthe responsibility of the guest to turn on the sauna and hot tub, we were disappointed to start our allotted hour with watertherapies only to discover a cold sauna and a "lukewarm" tub. Not a lot of therapeutic value! For future spa visits, I'd callahead of time and ensure they were turned on and ready for use! Read more
We went for breakfast there. Food, service and decor were good . We did not rent a room. Good view of the lake, some areas... obstructed with trees . Unfortunately, the view was somewhat obstructed from the restaurant with tall decor grass. Lovelylighthouse tower, but can only be accessed by spiral 3 flights of stairs. Although there is an elevator to the second floor, thedoor was locked to the tower. So we, seniors, were not able to go to the top to see the view. I recently had my wedding at Rawley Resort and I couldn’t be happier. Mark and his team did an amazing job. I can’t believe... the incredible service, the view, the attention to detail and the amazing food. I couldn’t imagine having my wedding anywhereelse. I can’t thank them enough! We recently had our wedding at Rawley. The event manager was so accomadating with any issue that came up. They made us feel so... special and made our day unforgettable, jumping through hoops to make sure we had all the equipment and staff we needed to setup and make our wedding run smoothly. The.lakefront grounds and views are like out of a magazine. The rooms are quite large incomparison to most hotels as well The food is one of the best parts about Rawley, from the presentation to the quality, youwill be very impressed, whether breakfast, lunch or dinner, you will feel like you are a in 5 star restaurant in Toronto. This is a great place for boaters! They have slips for big boats, right in big water and is great for small boats as well! A... full service Marina is right beside the resort offer fuel. Pets if all sizes welcome! Restaurant in site. LCBO at door step. Spais very good and has live entertainment as well. Has rooms or small townhouses for rent! Very nice grounds and has out doorpool.
