We have been coming to the taco truck and now restaurant for years. In fact opening and closing days of the taco truck have been... a family ritual to attend. Unfortunately tonight was not only a terrible experience for my family but the worst service we haveever received - anywhere. I was verbally assaulted by our server in front of my children and other tables in ear shot for askingwhere our food was after waiting for over 30 minutes with 3 hungry kids AND after another table that came in far behind usalready got there food, but then the young man spat at me angrily, "it's not my fault, you're having a bad day." He also hissedthat I had to be patient for my food and that he had to help another table, which had just been seated. I had to insist that hego check on our order. I then asked for the manager and the server tried to play off that he was the manager. I then askedanother server for the owner. The owner came and was deeply apologetic and gave us 50% off the bill. We ate our food in silence,embarrassment and disbelief. No one was hungry any longer. As a long time local patron, I will never return with my family. Itwas a shocking experience for my kids - and for me. That server should have been removed from the restaurant immediately, asclearly it was he who was having the bad day. Read more

Ate at their new location on Water St next to Quimper store on May 25. I had the crunchy burrito, like a gordito and hubby had... the pork carnitas torta (sandwich). Both were very good and house hot sauce also very good. Waitress very friendly. Bright,cheery mod interior and very clean. Nice bathrooms. Can't wait until back room overlooking the bay opens up.???? We eat here at least once a week. My wife and I split a (very sizable) San Juan Burrito with pork carnitas, black beans,... guacamole, and sour cream. Fantastic! We also like the quesadilla with carnitas as well. We really miss them during the Wintermonths and we're overjoyed when they reopen in the Spring. Read more
Food was amazing. I had the burrito tostada with carnitas and my 4 yr old daughter had a child's taco with shredded chicken. All... good, recommended pit stop before heading out of town. Read more
