What a great vintage atmosphere with the books, games, heavy draperies and blues songs playing. We enjoyed our private corner... and our drinks were perfect. The noodles were a little heavy on the fish sauce and light on other flavor but satisfyingnonetheless. The staff was lovely. Read more

So much to say about “The Castle”! Ambiance: Awesome!! Staff: Awesome!! Food: Awesome!! Had so much fun hanging out having... drinks and eats with my fam. Staff was super friendly and attentive even though they got super weeded from when we first satdown. They work as a team so you don’t have to wait for one to finish being busy. The menu is fun to read and the food was topnotch. If you are looking for a cool place to check out then this is the place. Be kind come hungry/thirsty and enjoy your time. Read more

Wow, just wow! This funky restaurant was so good that we dined here two nights in a row! Amazing cocktails that were perfectly... executed and very reasonably priced. Service was excellent and food was fast, flavorful and very creative. Best potstickers andstir fry noodles ever! The lamb dish was awesome! So were the pork belly tacos and shrimp in peanut sauce. I felt like we took amini trip to Thailand. Thank you for such an unexpected and amazing experience! We would fly back from New Jersey just to dinehere! I also love that the restaurant was in the hotel where we were staying, and the bar across the hall was equally cute andwonderful. Keep up the great work! Read more

Best Thai food we’ve had in Washington that was recommended by a local here. The chef knows. KNOWS. Great cocktails too.... It’s location is also very interesting and special. Read more

While staying at the Manresa Castle hotel, we were delighted to find hip eateries and craft cocktails on property owned and... operated by a local entrepreneur Cameron. He has infused a creative, fun vibe into this historical building with an extensivecraft cocktail list along with food offerings one would expect to find in pricy/high-end restaurants. His wait staff works as acohesive team in the three venues within the hotel. We only ate in The Rook and The Green Room during our stay. Each eclecticroom offered a different atmosphere. The Rook was intimate and best suited for conversation, while The Green Room is livelier(and louder) and larger. I recommend ordering small plates (tapas) to taste everything The Castle offers. Absolutely love The Castle! It Has multiple rooms and different themes. Elephant room has tvs and more bar food and theme. The... Rook has fireplaces and little nooks to hang out for both big and small groups. The Green room is more of a library book nookand bar. Trust me when I say it is a must-go when visiting Port Townsend. Guests always rave after visiting. I’ve Includedsome pictures of the drink menu and food menu and they are absolutely phenomenal. The Castle also hosts events all the time socheck out the website. Sometimes it’s outdoor music, comedy, burlesque, trivia, swing dancing, holiday bazaars, and vendors atsome of the shows. If you time it correctly you can even rent a room the night of the show!
