Received a gift card purchased from this Starbucks and was given the receipt. When I went to use it it had zero balance. The... store refused to make things right in-store and said I had to go through corporate to get the funds restored. It seems veryfishy. It was an older style card sold a week ago and the cashier confirmed the card matched the receipt. What a great Starbucks! Best baristas! They were friendly and fast. I didn't feel rushed. They were busy but most Starbucks... look crazy in a rush. These guys were working smoothly and efficiently. Since it's cold out, I only drink hot coffee and their hot coffee is great. Ordering from mobile, my order is ready by the time... I get there, even during train rush. Mostly ice in my ice coffee. Crew needs to be trained better. Read more
Staffs need more training, keep making incorrect orders and show zero apologies. Most recent experience- My order was put in @... 11:50 scheduled to pick up at 12:04. It was not ready at 12:08, when I asked the lady told me that the order just came in at12:04, she obviously didn?t see that when the order should be ready. Then the other lady said she already made it and questionedme, then what happened was she made the wrong order. Staffing can say whatever they want without thinking. Read more
