I'm not sure what is up with this location but we've traveled through this area from out of town a couple times and it either... has staff that can't figure out how to ring us up or it's closed at 7:30 pm? My family loves Bojangles but this place shouldn'teven be on maps because you can't even buy food here. I'm seriously wondering if it's just a cover for something else. Read more
Incredibly disappointed in this location. First the line was ridiculous. Not because it was busy, we sat at the window 20... minutes waiting for our food. When they handed us our drinks they were so full of ice the top was busted, but there?s hardly anydrink inside. Then our order was messed up. I got a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit instead of a Cajun fillet biscuit. All of thebiscuits were dry. The fries were under cooked. There were no straws. And they never gave me my coffee. By this point there wasa huge line in the drive thru and I wasn?t about to wait for another hour. We tried to call to complain, but there was never ananswer. It?s really disappointing that this is the best service they can provide. This wasn?t just one mistake. Save your moneyand go elsewhere. Do NOT go to this Bojangles. This was some of the worst service I have ever received. 10 am on a Saturday it took us 40 min to... get our food (2 chicken biscuits and bo rounds) after we ordered. And after all of that our food was cold! We counted 5 peopleworking so there was no reason for this. We didn't get so much as a "sorry for the wait" either. I could have just driven towaffle house, ordered an all star breakfast, ate it, paid, and watched 2 drinks fight in the parking lot and it would have takenless time. Safe to say I will not be back. Usually decent experience here. Not today. My wife had to wait for the workers to come back to the window 3 times to give her... all the food, because they didn't know what she was supposed to have. Then we get individual sides instead of the family sizedsides, no half gallon of tea (though she didn't ask because it's terrible anyway) and no sauce for the supremes. Maybe newpeople, but that's a waste of time and money. Read more
Well I'm back in Florida now and we are without a decent chicken place. But at least when I think about my last trip to... Bojangles it was at your location and even though a few items were sold out the two younger guys working still pushed through tomake our experience nice and they both made our order amazing so both of you guys keep doing your thing!!! Dropped in for lunch to break up the monotony of an eight-hour road trip. Aside from one of the employees casually placing his... hands down the front of his sweatpants while conversing with me, the service and food were great. They gave me an extra steakbiscuit free. Fries were cold and mushy but well-seasoned. Praying the back of house employees have better hygiene habits thanthe expediter. Read more
The sort of delicious Bojangles quality you've come to expect, right off the highway! In fact, it's location means you can go... from your hotel, hit the drive through for your breakfast biscuit, and get right back on the road in the morning. My sausage,egg, and cheese biscuit was tasty, well cooked, and served on a fluffy biscuit. I couldn't be happier, even though I had to wait10 minutes to eat it. Others may have had issues with the quality of their food, so times/shifts may vary. It does look likeit's drive through only still, but that is the reality of these times, not a knock against Bo's doing what they think is right. This place is horrible. I tried to order a family dinner pack from the menu, and when she gave me my total, it was $10 more than... the menu price. I asked why and she told me the price changed. Then she told me I got 2 more sides than the menu stated, whichwas the larger family combo. I told her NO that's not the combo I won't." I would like the other one and told her what it was,and she said it comes with 3 sides. The girl didn't even know the menu and would not even let me get what I saw on the menu.Then, when I got to the window because of the larger family combo, it was going to take another 20 mini in which I did not have.So I had to leave without my families dinner. They need to get it together and make their employees learn their darn menu. Read more
