Have been traveling for 15 hours. Stopped to grab lunch/dinner. We went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 #1's large with a... coke and Dr. Pepper. Did not recevie napkins or condiments with the order. And we received a Coke and Root Beer. So I wentinside to get some ketchup didnt know about the drinks at that time . When I walked in no one was up front, there one young manthat walked from one side in the back to the other. I waited maybe 1-2 minutes before I moved to the other side of the counter.As I was standing there looking I was truly appauld of the condition of the store oh and the young man in the back was dancinginstead of acknowledging I was there at the same time the french fryer was beeping and no one addressed it. Then a lady camearound the corner and I asked her for some ketchup she was very kind and gave it to me. She was walking very timidly becausethere was ice/ grease you name it on the floor, and I'm suspect she was scared of falling there was a hamburger under thewarmer that was half wrapped. There was ketchup splattered on the walls and genuinely did not look like it had been cleaned ina very long time. On my way out the door was disgusting it again had not been cleaned in a very very long time, as a matter offact there was not even a clean spot to look out. I advised my husband to check for roaches or bugs in our food before taking abite. I couldn't eat I was so repulsed. Will be calling the health department on Tuesday... Read more
I came through the other morning and it seemed like there was one woman all by herself. I don't know her name, but her name tag... said General Manager. She was very polite and helpful. Cute too. Read more

Probably the worst BK I?ve ever been too. Just went through Drive-Thru 8/10 9:20 PM and asked for Zesty sauce and Sweet n Sour... sauce for my onion rings. I was told I could have the Zesty sauce because I order onion rings ?but I can?t give you sweet n soursauce cause you didn?t order chicken nuggets?. Didn?t know not allowed to dip my onion rings into sweet n sour sauce in PortWentworth, GA. The woman slapped the window shut so fast, turned and walked away, that I couldn?t even explain, but given herrudeness, I don?t think it would have mattered. And to think I asked my husband to go to BK instead of McD?s. Mistake on mypart. Read more

Waited an entire 45 minutes for 1 chicken fries by itself and mozzarella sticks. There were multiple employees that I could see... through the drive through window just standing around and when I finally received my food the mozzarella sticks weredisgustingly inedible and the chicken fries were nearly cold. I have never had a worse experience anywhere else. Read more
Customer service is amazing sweet people. However it?s a busy environment and slow pace behind the counter. Every soda in their... soda machine is flat and no ice. Staff is as well wearing house slippers or slides not real shoes. Wrapping paper for thesandwich?s feel on the floor and instead of trashing them they put them back up on the shelf. Waited 15 minutes to order behind 2 cars ahead. While waiting behind car ahead after ordering, a man WALKS up to drive through... to order and pay for food ahead of me. Waiting an additional 5 minutes is just too much. So much for good service. That's gone,along with everything else. Read more
