Service was pretty good, but she was going between drive thru and inside orders so there was some wait when ordering inside. So... the experience was OK. We ordered ahead on the app. When we got there it was extremely packed. Instead of going through the drive through, I went... inside to pick up my order. It wasn't ready, which I was okay with, but then I stood there for almost 20 mins without anyoneacknowledging me. When I finally went up to one of the girls making the food, she was extremely nice, looked at my receipt onmy phone, and started to make my food. I had 2 food items and 2 drinks. She came back (very nicely) with one of the sandwichesbut then I explained to her that I still hadn't received anything else on my order. She then started to make my other food itemand still did not acknowledge the drinks. I told her that I couldn't wait any longer and not to worry about the rest (she didend up givingme my other sandwich). When I called to get a refund for the items I did not receive, the store manager apologizedand was very nice about my refund. The customer service from these two girls in particular is why I rated higher than I wouldhave. Kudos to them but the store is a wreck. It was complete chaos behind the counter, very dirty on the floor where they weremaking food, and they were clearly not able to keep up with their orders at that time. Read more
Not sure what the actual store hours are, but I went midday, and the doors were locked. Though I was still able to utilize the... drive through, there wasn't any sort of sign saying that they were closed, or why they were closed. Donuts are ok. The ratioof donut to icing is OFF, but then again....my opinion may be a bit biased due to being a die hard KK fan. ???? Read more
Out of half the doughnuts had two people employees at the register with no one else in the place we were told we had to place... our order in ourselves. What ! Hash browns was oil n burnt taste. Ordered 2 avacodo toast , 1 large chi tea , I large Blackcoffee and 2 buttered croissant's. Employees where complaining about co- workers also tired of working was supposed to be offand the other two complained about them being the only two that would be working when they left. I typically stop by this establishment in the morning. But lately it?s gone downhill. The staff is rude. Everything is made... poorly. There?s no care put in to anything anymore. Got a frosted doughnut that had little to no icing on it at all. Got to coldbrew coffee?s. I think they forgot to add the coffee. Taste like dirty water. And the employee argued with me stating that coldbrew is supposed to taste like that. I?ve been coming here forever and it?s never tasted like this. they remade it with the samecold brew so it taste of the same. total waste of money and ruin my morning. Read more
The food and latte were made perfectly to order. However, we were driving on a weekend and it's just off of the highway. It was... extremely packed, inside and out, so it took about 15 mins or more to get my items. But it was expected being off the highway.They more than made up with the perfect service! Read more
Had the best DD experience ever. Seriously! They were so fast and so kind. Welcomed everyone at the door. Every DD employee... needs to be sent here for training on customer service. This was top notch. Read more
