Went for breakfast and I could see that they were under staffed no biggie we understand so we waited patiently. There were... several tables that were not cleaned so we waited about 10 minutes. One of the servers asked if we wanted to sit at the bar(that needed to be cleaned off) we said no we were waiting on a table to which she threw her rag down on the counter and said itwould be a few minutes. I didn?t understand how she would clean the bar off but not the table ( her table) also asked servershow they were doing to no response. So we walked out. Soon as I walked in the waitress didn't even acknowledge me. I said he and she started talking to me like some dude on the... street. She was constantly talking on the phone with headphones. Normally the food is good, but this time it wasn't. My chicken was undercooked and rubbery. Parking is horrible. They allow the... truckers to park their trailers in the driveway, causing you to have to go back out to the main road and turn back in. Staff isfriendly, but may talk about personal a bit too much. Waffle House all the time is good but, here really leaves a lot to be desired... The attention was not good, my order came to... another client, that client complained and took away the plate I had to give it to another; that other exclaimed that it was notwhat he had ordered, suddenly another dish arrived at my table that also turned out to be not what he had ordered and, The Chefwith glove in hand, takes the bacon out of my plate to give it to the other client, from another plate two sausages arrive thatI had not ordered that either and, that is how those changes went, exchanging looks of astonishment among all the clients plusthose affected, including me by the way of serving, by trying to please, guessing what we had ordered ending in error on errorsand, finishing eating what we had not ordered together with a cup of cold coffee since the coffee was served cold... I thinkthey need more training, more experience to work the night shift, know how to take orders well, have a little more hygiene,clean tables and cutlery... Improve those details or close why the group that came out with me, none of them liked theattention, the service and the hygiene, but we had to eat there for the reason that we had to continue traveling, each one tookdifferent directions but, with only one idea of ??not stopping to eat here again never again... If I could give a zero star I probably would. Currently sitting in the facility as I write this. Upon entering the restaurant we... were ignored, so we cleaned a table and sat ourselves, thinking well they're busy so we'll make it less stressful, but whatever.The manager on duty was very rude, and had an attitude, which is unfortunate. When our drink order was finally taken it had beenabout 15min. Another 10min before she returned to take our food order. I could understand if the restaurant was short staffed,but it wasn't, and we were just blantently ignored. The cleanliness was also suspect. If my visitor wasn't as hungry as she waswe probably would have left. Definitely needs improvement! Hopefully the food tastes better than the service has been! Read more
Got there on a monday night at about 1030. No one was there but me. The waitress was super nice and this is literally the... quickest service I have ever experienced even factoring in the lack of guest. Note that they only have like 3 or 4 tables openbecause of COVID mess. Read more
