This place is a hit or miss and that is based on the time you go. If you go during lunch hours you may be safe to have a okay... meal . However, if you go after 6 it seems alot of young people are working and they don't have a clue what is happening. Youare 100% to get wrong and/or cold food. I ordered my food and when I got to the window the young man tried to give me someoneelse food then when corrected by the young manger he gave me half my food and told me to have a nice day. I had to inform him Iwas still missing food which he then confronted other team members on the issue. The young manger then stepped in again toconfirm I received all my food. At this point I'm $55 in to cold food that seems to have been sitting all day. So, it was noneed to drive back up there upset because it was clear I wasn't going to get anywhere with the young team on duty. The mangerhad red hair and red lashes and did tell her team to get it together so I feel she knew what was happening so I'm going tobelieve she was doing the best she could with what team she had. the food tasted very nice when i ordered but, when i drank some of my sweet tea, i noticed that there were strange yellow chunks... dispersed at the bottom of my cup. they were soft like breadcrumbs. this is an image of one of them in my drain after i pouredmy drink. 2/5 stars. i am disgusted. I am new to Georgia, and my brother recommended I try a Zaxbys, and it didn't disappoint! For other west coasters, it is very... similar to Raising Canes; but with a much larger selection of menu items including chicken fingers, wings, sandwiches (fried,blackened, grilled), salads and some unbelievably delicious SWEET TEA (brewed in house) ???? The service here is slow, and the food is always overcooked and just bland. They don't ever season the fries, the toast is just... bread, and the chicken is so hard and dry. It's just a complete waste of time and money. The staff is however very courteous. Iguess that's the least they could do. I'm done with it. Read more
