They will only give ONE Arby's sauce with each meal..if im paying close to $25 for a fast food lunch- I should at least have... some sauce with it. STOP BEING CHEAP!!! & they forgot my kids milk. Read more
Food was hot! They overcharged me and got my order wrong though, I shouldn't have to tell them I want to pay the sale price and... not the regular price when ordering. Beef and cheddar and gyros were suppose to be 2 for $7 and they charged me full price forboth items. Read more
First of all the whole management team needs to be replaced. A couple months ago I came to visit my family it was a pregnant... manager there that was very rude. Our food was cold and the roast beef sandwiches sent me too the hospital. Now I'm backvisiting family and the same thing is going on. Cold food everything taste like it was fried in old grease, the sandwiches was alittle better but didn't approve much. The inside of the restaurant restrooms are completely disgusting! This is my 3rd timeeating at this Arby's and I would prefer at this point too go over into Hobart to get my food. They have better customerservice,food is always hot, and I don't have to worry about getting sick after eating them . Read more

Went to this Arby's to have the new burger. It was by far the best fast food burger around!
Customer service was a -7 out of 10. Order a large water for the cup to be over flowing. She then dumps the water cup out as I?m... reaching for it so it spills on my hand. And she gets mad that I looked for a napkin in my car instead of grabbing the cup outher hand. Then I ask her for some and she ignored me until I had to demand some then she slide the window close and for me toget home and my fries cold my sandwiches are cold smh every time I come here it?s trash. Had the most horrible experience, the girl in drive thru was rude. I asked for extra mayo on my sandwich got nothing, curly... fries well crumbles, asked for a side of cheese & got a very small amount. The food was cold. I love Arby's but after this Iwill never go there ever again. Arby's is not the same! Read more
