We went here Thursday evening Oct. 20th as a family..9 people. We get there and they say 20 min..ok no biggie. 35 minutes later... they tell us they can sit us at 2 tables but they’re close. Then it took 15 minutes for a server to show up. Robin was ahorrible server. My daughter noticed they were getting ready to leave a big table right by where part of our party were seated.She asked if we could have that when they left and Robin said sure no problem. Then when the time came and we FINALLY saw theserver again we were told by the person cleaning the table..”no we have people waiting”..seriously? . We saw Robin was verysparse at the table so we said we were ready to order when she brought our drinks. ..she said she’d be right back to takeit....she wasn’t. We ordered a couple orders of pretzel knots. 10 min or so after we ordered them she said they were out. Shehad to come twice to verify orders cause she said she couldn’t read her writing. An hour after we were seated the food at oneof our tables came..it was over 15 minutes before the remainder came. At that point we were told Robin had an “emergency”and had to leave and a guy took over. Then shortly another guy took over from him. I wish he had been our server The whole timecause in about 15 minutes he was at our table more than the she was the whole time we were there. I believe his name was Jeff.He was awesome. My daughter is from here and her family go there a lot and she said she’s NEVER going back. Her and herhusband were treating us all to dinner there. Not sitting us together got us off to a bad start and it was all down hill afterthat. Worse experience ever! I’ve never been to one of your restaurants and because of this I NEVER EVER WILL! My kids love Buffalo Wild Wings.....me, not so much. The floors are slippery. Tables aren't cleaned off properly. Menus are... gross. The food was ok. I will say that the service team at this location are very polite and try hard. I appreciate the effort.It is because of the service and some of the food, I would come back. The appearance, cleanliness, smell, and staff reallyimpacts this review. Staff and food were good, cleanliness and smell(dirty mop water) was not good. We hade traditional wingsand tots. It was what we expected. Big drums and thick flats, good sauce, creamy blue cheese and ranch. Onion rings actuallytastes like onions...they were good. Beer was cold. Orderd 10 wings thru door dash and when they showed up I couldn't believe my eyes. Some of these I couldn't even classify these... even as wings. It's a shame, seems to be going down hill and I used to love this place. Read more
This Place is a disgrace. Slow food orders and where's the chicken? All my 10 piece boneless wings had were, 5 pieces of breaded... chicken wings and 5 coated fried pieces of breading!!! Dirty dirty dirty! From sticky tables, to filthy over flowing toilets.GET IT TOGETHER Guy's!! How the HEALTH DEPARTMENT ALLOWS this Polpular Eatery to be OPEN TO HUMANS is beyond Unbelievability???Drinks were ALL they did RIGHT! NEW STAFF MEMBER, needs to not only take orders, but bus the dirty dishes off the payingcustomer's table? This patron will not be coming back, til this is addressed! CLEAN UP YOUR RESTAURANT. So happy that they now have Cauliflower wings! Their mac and cheese side is also my go to! Depends on location regarding table... service. We never have problems at the Michigan City or Portage locations. Read more

The cheese curds were delicious and hot. The other food not so hot, more Luke warm for being not very busy. Not bad for every... once in awhile. The server was pretty good also. Read more
Saw weirdly they were listed on a dog website as being dog friendly. Called and asked and they confirmed. Walked in. Checked... again. They seated us. Ordered and were then told they don't allow dogs so sat in the cold on their patio to eat. Maybefamiliarize your staff with your own policies. Read more
