Only good thing that came out of my visit was the manager holding my ticket so I can get the correct order in the future.... Obviously nobody there can read English or make a sandwich correctly. Save your time and money and go somewhere else! Read more
For some.reason our e gift card wouldn't get approved even with $20 dollars on it and the order was for 15 and instead of having... me order off the app to be able to pay they gave myself wife and son our order for free! Now that's what I consider to be decenthuman beings! Thank you! Read more
Drive thru employee informed me that they don't give receipts for your order in the drive thru. Despite there being pictures of... receipts from the drive thru on this Google business listing. Avoid this location if you want documentation of your order orexpenses. My guess is that they don't want to give you a receipt because too many people were returning to get the missing fooditems they paid for. It's easier to turn complaints away when the customers don't have a list of items they were supposed toreceive. Read more

This is like a trade off of them being quick, and very polite, the food is always fresh. Except for these weird scenarios I and... a few other people I know have come across multiple times. Most of the time you roll through here, it?s super fast, your food isprepared well and it?s a good experience. Sometimes though, you order an 8 piece jalapeño cheddar bites and get 5 jalapeñocheddar bites and a presumably 8 hour old hashbrown bite. It still tastes good, I still ate that 8 hour old hashbrown bite.I?ll still go back to this place too because they?re still the best Burger King in the area. The rest of my food was 10/10,fresh fries, a pair of very well assembled burgers, which pains me to say is a very rare occurrence at any other place but thisBurger King must have a person on the sandwich board who takes a lot of pride in making sure your burger looks like the one onthe screen, which I appreciate immensely rather than getting a burger from the one in lake station which looked like it wasassembled from a shot put line to 40 meters away. Disgusting... I live 3 minutes away from Burger King I ordered an original chicken sandwich and when I bit into it, it was... Disgustingly cold. I was the only one in line and my food came fast so my chicken sandwich must have been sitting out for awhile. Same with the onion rings. You Burger King gotta do better before someone gets sick. Plus I must have been aninconvenience to the lady at the window just handed me my food didn't ask if I needed sauces or anything just shut the windowafter I grab it. I did want the sauce for the onion rings but I wasn't going to sit there forever. I don't want to waste $32 onfood for my family that I couldn't even eat. So disappointing. Read more
