Usually great service; however today, October 19th about 8:18 am, the outer door as usual was unlocked but the inner door... leading to the lobby was locked from what I could see there were at least 5 employees, no need for them to be locked today, theywere not short staffed, and many fast food or drive up windows don't accept customer orders from those on foot. Needless to sayone very highly irritated prospective customer here, and I'm a regular customer. Read more
I do Uber delivery. I got an order at 10pm and upon pulling up and explaining I had an order the only guy there told me he... "doesn't have anything" As a driver for Uber I have to stay at the location when an order can't be completed while I callsupport. As I am on the phone he served two other vehicles. The Uber support member called to confirm that the establishmentwouldn't make the order and the Dunkin employee didn't answer the phone. I was told that my support person would be making thisphone call and was put on hold. The Dunkin employee walked around staring at me through the window whilst ignoring the phone.Not only did I lose money but he cost his establishment money as well. 0/5 stars if I could rate it accurately. Honestly this Dunkin is always a hit or miss. I ordered the same exact thing 2 days in a row and it was good the first day the... second day it was not. For drinks being priced $5-6 Dunkin needs to do better training, they are trying to have Starbuckspricing without Starbucks consistency. Half the time you have to go to the front of the store to wait for items which isn't abig deal but they usually forget things and have to make multiple trips. Read more
Super clean facility. Staff was super friendly upon walking in. Went in to order coffee and get a donut as our vehicle didn?t... fit through the drive thru. The cashier was super friendly and bubbly. She gave me a lot of great coffee suggestions as far ascreamers and flavors go. I enjoyed our brief conversation and the ideas she gave me. Will definitely be coming back to thislocation again! I stopped here for some hot chocolate, they advertise the Oreo hot chocolate but it was out of stock. That's alright the regular... hot chocolate was still amazing! The staff was friendly and got us our order very quickly. The gingerbread cookie donut waspretty good. I dunked it in my hot chocolate so it was even better. Read more
