They have the good ice and their cookies are always soft.
Service was great, but phone order did not allow 20 % discount ( app stinks).. after no discount, plus delivery , tax and tip... over 100 bucks for 2 shoeboxes of 1/3 sandwiches?.a few weeks ago friends got regular party box same size less cost, our upgrade was disappointing!! Delicious. I am gluten free and got an unwich. I asked them to change gloves and they were very nice. They gave me mayo packets... since their regular mayo might have been contaminated. Unwiches are so good. Fast friendly service. Read more
Stopped by this jimmy Johns in the middle of a long road trip. It was exactly the sustenance we required! The staff was great... and and the sandwiches were fantastic, even the pickle was above average. I may never return to portage Indiana but this jimmyjohns will always have my heart. Read more
