Shows busy as can be? Nope no cars there are 4 50 p.m. going through drive thru and they tell me everything they don't have in... stock. Then order a 12piece dinner. There had not been anyone in line for over 20mins (portage light Christmas tree night) Ihad to go to several places and everytime drove by zero vehicles. Then they tell me it's going to take 28mins to cook regularrecipe chicken. Asked what is the reason and know answer? Nice job with customer care! TURNING OUT JUST LIKE BURGER KINGRIGHT BY YOU! For a KFC they had good food, but it was disappointing that at my arrival at 4:30 they said it would be an hour wait for regular... chicken. So I ordered tenders and when I got the order home it didn't have the ranch dipping sauce I asked for to go with thethem. Read more
8-1-22 was the best and freshest kfc I?ve had in a really really long time. I?m from Chesterton Indiana and our kfcs food was... always so old and nasty which explains why it closed down. but portage really exceeded my expectations for fresh food todayvery happy with my meal we?ll definitely go back for more soon. The cashier Haleigh was very disrespectful, this place always has us waiting for food or tells us they don?t have it, our... total came up to 112$ yes we have a big family. DO NOT GO HERE!!! They have poor customer service & horrible food. They had me to pull forward to wait for my food as if they... were cooking something to order. When i got home i find old dried out food that must have been cooked hours ago. This isn?t thefirst time i regret going to this kfc in portage, but I hadn?t been here in a long time so i thought that maybe they would be better now. It was a waste of money & time. I ordered food through door dash... there was a bug on the food. I called and they said there was nothing they could do... no... refund offered or anything. The health department needs to inspect the place. Disgusting. I will be on the phone with corporatein the morning. Corporate never responded to my complaint. Very bad customer service. Read more
Apparently this KFC doesn't care about quality anymore. Everytime I've gone to other KFC's, the chicken was smothered in sauce... as advertised. As you can see, the Chicken Littles and 6 piece wings don't aren't even half covered in sauce. The chickenlittles don't even look like the same pieces of chicken on the menu. Very disappointing. This location Never has Biscuits for one complaint. I ordered a Original 3 piece mixed and got Crispy instead . AND THE CHICKEN... IS OLD !!! It has that smell like it?s been sitting awhile.I get home with this mess try and call about my order being wrong andget NO ANSWER !!
