Always super slow, all I ordered was sweet tea and cookies and was asked to pull up and it took 10 Mins!

This is the second incident we had waiting over 30 minutes for food. We ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries. When we proceed to the... second window, we're asked what we ordered and we overheard the employees indicate our order was given out to another customer.So we waited 30 minutes and still had to ask an employee where our order was. Maybe stop letting your employees use their phonesfor social media and this wouldn't happen. Read more

Waited at the speaker 5 minutes before anyone spoke to us and while they waited on someone else who came to the other window... FARRRrrr later than us and therefore was now in the queue ahead of us. As soon as each of the cars got to the window, we weresent to the drive thru parking spaces to wait on French fries. It was not busy and we were the only 2 cars. We waited 10minutes for French fries.
