This is the closest McDonald?s to my house but I?ll start going to central location for now on. Everything was horrible. From... the sprite that had no sizzle. My double cheese burger I ordered with no onions ended up being a McDouble (one cheese) withextra onions. And my fries were hot but hard?? Disgusting. When I pulled up to the location all the workers were sitting inlobby playing and laughing. We walked in to buy our meals at 6:12 pm today. 10/25/2022. We didn't get to order because the manager ran out and said they... close at 8. She was locking the doors. We had to leave. Another gentleman was wanting to come in as well and we let him knowwhat she said about closing at 8 pm. The drive thru was open. I wanted to eat sitting down at a table for once. Drive thru at 3:45 is. October 9, 2022. I went to the drive thru of thos McDonald's and ordered a large sweet tea and 2... cheeseburgers. I got home and my sweet tea was not sweet, no sugar whatsoever. Plus my cheeseburgers were hamburgers. Mind you,while I was @ the drive thru the girl that gave me my drink turned around and started laughing. I had no idea why she waslaughing until I got home and found out why the people that work at McDonald's don't deserve $15.00/ hour. By the way yourmanager was standing there laughing as well. If I could give them zero stars I would. Like everyone else has mentioned, the wait time is ridiculous. They need to retrain... their employees who are extremely rude and disrespectful. I used to wonder why there is never anyone at their store but now Isee. These young that work in these restaurants these days have made the quality of fast food worse than it already was. Read more
I usually come here after I get off work because it?s the only one open, but I don?t think I?ll be coming back after this. For... whatever reason, they gave me the oldest chicken nuggets imaginable, no napkins and there were very little to no fries in mymedium sized fry cup. Staff isn?t very friendly; they always seem annoyed. If they don?t want to work there, they should justquit and let someone who does do so. Read more
What happened to customer service?!?! I?m not one to complain because I hate that, but I spent $20 on just a burger and nuggets... and the employees couldn?t put the right items in the bag.. Yea I used DoorDash so that explains the price.. So I called forhelp on the matter because DoorDash wouldn?t compensate due to ? too many messed up orders ? which by the way were also ordersfrom McDonald?s.. McDonalds won?t help me with the issue and the supervisor tells me it?s DoorDash problem.. Even though theemployees of MCDONALDS can?t match items to a receipt.. So now I?m stuck with a dozen donuts that I absolutely don?t need, and anasty dry spicy mcchicken that?s just the patty and mayonnaise.. Get better.
