Went to get dinner through the drive thru. Was told to pull up and park in the parking lot and wait. There were several cars... already parked waiting before us. 30 minutes had passed and we still had no food. A dad next to us said he had been waiting 50minutes before leaving. We spent close to $30 and never got our food because we left too. Our 2 year old was crying from hungerso we couldn?t wait any longer. We?ll never be going to them again. Read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I'm not sure what exactly is going on there, but it is not ok! The economy has been... hard on everyone, but dang man. They never have food in stock not cooked. I don't know if there is even a general manager atthe moment. But all I wanted was a receipt, and the very young shift Manager decided it was a good idea to call the policebecause she told me she wouldn't give me a receipt for the food I just paid for! Great Chinese food.. their prices have gone up a little, but they give you quite a lot of food. It taste great, made fresh and... plenty of choices. Lots of seating and even outdoor seating. Dining room is open again. They have a drive thru for fast pickup..or you can go in and take out your orders. Handicap parking is right in front of the doors for those in need. Read more

Iam appalled by this Plate I received from drive thru. Broccoli Beef and Honey Walnut Shrimp. I asked for Mushroom Chicken and... I was told they were out of it and wasn't making more. I received all BROCCOLI AND 2 SMALL shreds of Beef. I should've known tocheck my meal in drive thru when the lady handing me my food laughing. Not Funny at all! I work 12 hrs at local hosp and I washungry. Shame on you Portage Panda Express. I want my money back. Read more

Quality control has gone down hill... They always forget to give us our drink, twice they have forgotten the noodles in the... entree, this time there was about half a cup of rice with my orange chicken... Last time there was a whole bowl of rice andthree pieces of orange chicken. Most of the time we are asked to pull up and wait, we've timed it to be 15 minutes when they sayit'll be 5. They also forget to give utensils also, and sometimes only give one fork for three entrees. Read more

When we got there the door was locked they let us in and said that the lobby was closed because they were short staffed. We told... then we were in a semi and couldn't go through the drive thru. A nice gentleman said that they would help us. My husband wantedegg rolls but they ones they had out looked burnt. We asked if they would make us new ones.. Vanessa decided she wanted to berude and was snarky when telling us it would take 8 mins for new ones. We patiently waited for new ones and yet again theyburned them too.
