At the time of writing this place has tripped, but has yet to fall down. Keep in mind that this is not due to this establishment... in particular, but rather the poor choices of Pizza hut as a company has made. Pizza hut is but a shell of what it once was,getting rid of the very few things that even made it worth getting the overpriced pizza in first place. Read more
This people are very unprofessional and mean i just don't want to order ever again! I made an order and as a special instruction... i wanted my pizza well done not rare that's disgusting and turns out they gave 2 burned pizzas. Both were garbage,dough was veryhard and smoked! I love the Portage Pizza Hut. Whether I dine in or pick up my food it's always hot and tasty. The employees are always friendly... and nice to talk to. Today I talked to the GM Jillian for the first time and she made it possible for my food to be deliveredeven though in the past I was told I was just out of range. Thank you Jillian! We got the big box wings and cheese sticks total cost $25 they messed up the order bread sticks instead of cheese sticks the... wings looked like a bad kids meal looked nasty pizza wasn't the best as well. This was the first time I have ordered Pizza Hut in over a year. The last few times I had ordered it in the past, the sauce did... not taste good and I thought you were using a different kind, so I quit ordering it. I really like the pan pizza and was cravingit, so I thought I would give Pizza Hut another chance. I was very pleased to find that the sauce was good like I rememberedfrom before the change. Was told they delivered paid on card waited and 1hr10 minutes then called to find out they don't deliver had to drive there got... the food they handed me old bread sticks they took the old ones back. The store decided I'd get 2 free 2Liters. Also to asked ifI wanted new bread sticks so they took my old ones back and I had to wait for them to make fresh. After waiting for several minute to even be greeted (representative was right there in front of me at the counter when I entered... and stood there for several), he then could not help me with my issue ordering online, and made several trips to the back to"adk the manager", who NEVER came to help either. Once the ordering process was solved, he was more friendly and assuring methat my order would be made and was being made as I specified. All in all, par on the customer service and NO excuse for NOTgreeting me as I stood right in front of you for several minutes.
