I put in my mobile order, and the app said my stuff should be ready in 10 minutes. I get there a 2 minutes early? It took 10... minutes after I arrived to get my drinks, and then another 15 after that to get my one bakery item. Everyone who just ordered inthe store got their stuff before I did. Horrible service. I ordered at the counter and wanted to use a gift card to pay for the drink. The very rude cashier took the... money all from my card. Then very unapologetically tells me to use the card latter or buy something else. Then I proceeded towait for 30 min for my drink. Meanwhile drinks were piling up for mobile orders. That no one was there to pick up. During theentire time I was waiting there at the counter no one bothered to ask me why I was waiting or maybe expedited my order.
