I put in my mobile order, and the app said my stuff should be ready in 10 minutes. I get there a 2 minutes early? It took 10... minutes after I arrived to get my drinks, and then another 15 after that to get my one bakery item. Everyone who just ordered inthe store got their stuff before I did. So what?s the point in pre-ordering if you have to wait in line anyway? My drinks weremelted and my banana bread wasn?t warmed up. 0/10 do not recommend ???? Read more
Horrible service. I ordered at the counter and wanted to use a gift card to pay for the drink. The very rude cashier took the... money all from my card. Then very unapologetically tells me to use the card latter or buy something else. Then I proceeded towait for 30 min for my drink. Meanwhile drinks were piling up for mobile orders. That no one was there to pick up. During theentire time I was waiting there at the counter no one bothered to ask me why I was waiting or maybe expedited my order. These employees are always friendly and are on top of customer satisfaction! Great experience here last Saturday. I took my 12 year old here for a kids coffee and the lady who waited on us really took a... liking to my daughter. She had a nice quick conversation with us. They are alway friendly. Today when I was there my bill was $29.00 I told the cashier I had a free reward. He asked me if I... just wanted to use the stars I had and I said sure so he brought my bill down to $13.00. I was very grateful. I love Starbucksbecause no matter where you are or if come back later when you order a drink it is going to taste the same I can not say thesame for Dunkin. I gave them 4 stars because they never have the syrup we want and on occasion they have me pull over to thefront and wait for my drink and I order a iced chi late with oat milk a pump of brown sugar syrup a shot of blond espresso andpumpkin cold foam on top. Definitely one of the better Starbucks in NWI! Everything I've ordered here has always been correct, no matter how complicated.... Even more importantly, they are consistent with the regular stuff. The staff is always friendly and during these COVIDtimes...masked up. The drive thru can get packed quick, which is the only downside really. To anybody going here for the firsttime, watch out for the drive thru curb. I've seen a few cars turn into it when pulling into the parking lot and when the try topull to the right when leaving the drive thru. Just a heads up. Read more
