This Wendy's has very poor service! They were trying to hand me a bag full of oil, I asked them to replace the bad and she had... an attitude. Saying it is just because the potatoes are fresh, BUT I DONT WANT THAT GREASE ON MY FABRIC SEATS, SO THEY CAN BERUINED???!!! Then I called because they messed up my order, I was irritated but not disrespectful! She tells me to calm down!That made me sooooo mad! Who are you to tell me to calm down??? I'm not your child!!!! And you messed my whole order, thenbasically tell me to shut up, but I'll replace your order, who would want to have their order replaced by someone who might spitin your food, because you are complaining. She really had the attitude and even hung up the phone on me! This is not how youtreat people especially when it comes to food, because you don't know what they might do to it!!! I finally figured out why they only take your order at the window instead of the drive-thru speaker. It is because they are so... slow they do not want you to drive away before paying. If you pull up and there is a line at the speaker and not multiple carsat the window it is because the slow crew is working so you better just abort your mission. Also I have read a few reviews ofdry burgers and they are correct, my burger looked old and dry. I hope Wendy's corporate gets involved and start correctingwhat's going on with many Wendy's franchise complaints, especially in the 219 area code. Read more

The restaurant was recently renovated and should look attractive. However, the place can?t clean itself. There were food chunks... in several places on the floor. The men?s room was nasty with two empty toilet paper rolls indicating the length of time sincethe last cleaning. There were at least six employees visible. Our burgers had to be sent back because they were cold - despitethe ?always fresh? sign near the order window. I will be back to Wendy?s, but not this one. Read more

Not the worst Wendy's I've ever been too, but it was far far far from the best. I was really appalled and somehow amazed at the... same time at how 5 employees, fully staffed, took over 20 minutes to service one person in the drive thru and one person in thelobby (me). I understand that working in fast food is not particularly fruitful labor, but I would still expect the employees todo their job and not ignore someone waiting when they have the resources available to them. Aside from this, I do have a fewpros. They were always accurate in taking and completing orders. I have never received a wrong item and they actually listenwhen I say "no ice"... unlike some locations. Read more
