I work with girls in foster care and we wanted some really good ice cream and Bella?s did NOT disappoint! The ice cream is... delicious, and the mix in portions are great! However?.. The only downside of the experience was the customer service. Of thethree girls, only one was friendly (she had brown curly hair and checked us out. She was honestly so friendly and funny.) Onegirl was complaining about ?all these people? loud enough for us to hear, which made the girls a little upset, as I would feeltoo. The blonde girl who was complaining about us loudly also complained about the customers in line behind us as well. (We werea group of 6, which I understand is a lot, but taking that out on teenagers is a bit too far from me.) We chose to eat in theparking lot and none of us wanted to brave the negative attitudes inside just to throw away trash. If I have 1-2 people then Imight go back, but for larger groups, I?d suggest elsewhere. The brunette who checked us out was thankfully kind enough for theother two girls. *Update 12/13/21* Per one of our clients requests, we went back to Bella?s creamery. (The ice cream really isphenomenal, I can?t talk it up enough.) I was hesitant with a group of 6, but relented and was very pleasantly surprised. Thegirls who helped us were patient, and very personable so orders were completed faster and some of our kids felt comfortableenough to order for themselves. (Quite the hurdle on a couple occasions!) And, as to be expected, the ice cream was amazing,even for a 35 degree day. I?m updating my review to chalk up a bad first impression to a bad night for servers and clientsalike. Best ice cream shop I have found so far. Their portions are generous and they have a wide selection of toppings. My favorites... so far are coffee ice cream add in heath bar; sea salt caramel add in almonds and heath bar; and sweet cream with any of the addins. They have a nice selection of waffle cones and bowls. They ask that you please wear a mask and only 2 groups in the storeat a time due to store size. There are a few tables outside. Read more
Really nice icecream and generous portion size. Icecream was rich and creamy. What sets the icecream apart is that it gets... mashed with choice of your toppings thus resulting in a more creamier texture. Plus it held up well for several minutes insteadof starting melt right away. Read more
