My friend and I got okay bagels but they completely destroyed our coffees; they didn’t even look like coffees and tasted bland... and bleak. Big Apple Bagel should probably just stick to dry muffins and overpriced bagel sandwiches instead of advertisementscoffee beverages. Read more

If I could give them a zero I would! First of all there’s nothing but kids running the store. They have no customer service,... they’re talking amongst themselves I ask them a question they act like they can’t hear me. I order $250 in bagels and theythrew them all in bags. They threw my cream cheese , napkins and knives right on top of the bagels! When I asked if they came inboxes they said I need to pay for that! Then I asked how much are the boxes I will pay for them, then again they’re talkingamongst themselves acting like they can’t hear me and then two of them went in the back room and never came out. Excellent bagel and coffee shop. Very high level of cleanliness, and sanitation efforts by staff. Food is very high quality, and... coffee is always hot and fresh. There are nice slow periods in the afternoon, which make this an excellent place to study, andread a book or journal. Read more
Generally an OK experience when my wife has a craving for it. However today when I ordered online and the order was sent to the... wrong location I asked if they could transfer the order and received no help and had to drive 30 minutes round trip to get myorder. At a price of $13.50 for a bagel sandwich and a coffee, I think that it might be a while before I return. I guess Iexpected more customer service, especially at that price. Read more
