I thought It was a one off previously. But now I confirm it (three times I have tried the place now) Unfriendly people in here... they might need to add their vocab. Something like greeting expressions?.. this would be the last time they get my money. Itcan certainly be spent somewhere else with a smile. In the drive thru for 20 minutes before giving up. Watching people go in and out of the door. Only 2 other cars ahead and yet it... was that hard for employees to make coffee. It wasn't that busy, 10:30 on a Saturday morning. Read more

This is the most frustratingly 50/50 Biggby location in the Kalamazoo/Portage area; It is always a gamble whether or not you?ll... get good service and actually edible products. Some days, there?s a crew working inside that makes everything faster than youthought was possible. They take your order, and by the time you?ve pulled out your phone to stand there and wait for it, they'repassing it over the counter to you. They make friendly conversation, they make you feel welcome, and they make phenomenal drinksand food. Other days, every single person behind that counter seems to have no perception of time. They fill drinks at theirown pace, regardless of the rush that inevitably comes in at the same time every day. They are unfriendly, and often give theimpression they would much rather be anywhere else. Their slow speed is unjustified further by the low quality of the drinksand food they produce. Just this morning (08/06/2022), I went through the drive-thru for a drink. I arrived before the rush, yetstill had to wait 7 minutes to get up to the ordering speaker, before being told I would be helped soon as they prioritizedevery single person who walked into the store well after I had already arrived, rather than a proper first in, first out. Intotal, the interaction that should?ve lasted ten minutes tops took 20 and the matcha oat milk latte I received for my patiencewas just disgusting. Watered down green oat milk, barely any matcha flavor; horrible considering I paid nearly $8 dollars forit. In short, this location can be a fantastic spot for a quick breakfast or lunch, but good luck running the gamble of endingup standing there for too long and being late to wherever you?re headed next. Quick, Friendly, Fresh and GOOD! I had to stop over to a closing across the street and on the way I wanted to grab some drinks... for my clients. A quick text with their order and less than 5 minutes later I brought them their hot Chai, Latte and Mocha. AllI can say is YUMMMM. The clients were happy, the closing was a bit happier (who isn't happy with a cup of some greatcoffee/tea?) and it's always wonderful when the folks behind the window are super nice, friendly, efficient and know whatthey're doing. I also love that there are two easy outs from the parking lot onto Centre Avenue (street lights make it easy totake left turns, go straight or make a right turn). Great overall! Read more
